中国OEM企业自主创新研究

【摘要】 改革开放三十年来,我国对外开放取得巨大成就,其中,以贴牌生产(OEM)为主的国际代工模式发挥了重要作用,综合国力有了显著提高。但随着经济体制改革的日益深入,一些问题逐渐暴露出来。一个突出问题就是OEM企业自主创新不足,由此引发了对外依赖性过高、资源消耗过大、利润率偏低等一系列问题。针对这种情况,党和国家把重视和加强自主创新放在了十分重要的位置,增强自主创新能力已被确定为我国的国家战略。本论文正是在国家自主创新宏观政策的背景下,结合OEM企业发展现状,致力于我国当前OEM企业自主创新路径的探讨。本研究利用全球价值链理论,从分析我国OEM企业发展现状和问题入手,通过对国内外OEM企业从贴牌生产方式向自有品牌经营方式转变的典型案例分析,指出OEM企业实现升级和创新的最佳路径就是由简单的贴牌生产制造(OEM)到研发设计(ODM),并最终建立自有品牌(OBM)。从OEM到ODM再到OBM的路径就是引进、消化吸收、模仿和自主创新的过程。并在此基础上,进一步总结了OEM企业实现转化升级所具备的条件和各阶段特征,提出了推动我国OEM企业自主创新的对策建议。
【Abstract】 After 30 years’reforming and opening up, the tremendous achievements of China’s economic development have attracted worldwide attention, and our national strength has significantly increased. But with the economic system running in-depth, some problems were gradually exposed:An outstanding problem is lack of independent innovation, which caused excessive external dependence, excessive consumption of resources, low profit margins, and so on. In view of this situation, the Party and the government have attached the importance of independent innovation and strengthen in a vital position, and enhancing the ability of independent innovation has been identified as China’s national strategy.This study makes use of the theory of global value chain and starts with the analysis of the statue of OEM business’developments and problems;by analysing typical examples of OEM enterprises’mode of operation which is from home and abroad OEM production to its own brand transformation, the paper points out that the best way for OEM enterprises to realize upgrading and innovation is to produce from OEM to ODM, and ultimately establish OBM.The path from OEM to ODM, and then to OBM is introduction, digestion and absorption, copying and independent innovation process.Based on this, the paper furtherly summarizes the OEM enterprises’conditions and characteristics which may realize upgrading conversion, and makes proposals to promoting our OEM business to be more developed and innovative.
