【摘要】 我国证券市场脱胎于计划经济体制,证券市场的体制结构缺陷为证券市场创设了大量租金,相关主体为寻求租金收益开展了大量的寻租活动,严重危害证券市场的健康运行。本文的思路是：从寻租理论出发,分析寻租现象产生的条件,以博弈论为工具,建立寻租治理的理论模型,针对寻租现象在证券市场的表现,找出不同的治理对策。全文共分五章,第一章概述了国内外学者对寻租问题的研究情况。第二章对寻租理论进行研究,讨论了寻租的外部性问题,建立了寻租治理的理论模型。第三章结合我国证券市场的具体情况,分析了我国证券市场的寻租行为表现及对经济社会的危害。第四章从不同角度分析了我国证券市场寻租行为的形成原因。第五章提出了对寻租行为的具体治理措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s stock market was born out of the planned economic system,the institutional structure deficiencies of the stock market is that it created large amount of rent.the related main body created a large number of rent-seeking activities to get rent, seriously endangering the health of the bond market’s operation.The main idear of this paper is:from the rent-seeking theory, to analys the reasons of rent-seeking phenomenon, establishing a model to goverment rent-seeking activities, identifying different measures from the different performance of the rent-seeking activities. The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter have summarized the issue of domestic and foreign scholars who study the rent-seeking situation. Chapter 2 is about rent-seeking theoretical study, discussed the rent-seeking external issues, established a rent-seeking governance model. Chapter 3,according to the specific situation of China’s stock market, analysised the rent-seeking behaviour and it’s economic or social harm.Chapter 4, from a different point of view of China’s stock market, is to finding out the causes of the rent-seeking behaviour.
