【摘要】 当前金融危机影响到方方面面,其中大学生的就业问题更是受到很大冲击。解决就业问题主要方式之一是做好大学生的职业生涯规划。就大学生个人来说,应尽早地考虑和规划未来的职业和发展,不应等到临近毕业或仅在面临严峻的就业形势时才开始对未来进行思考。对于高校,应该从国家和社会的发展需要、从培养高素质人才的角度,把大学生的职业生涯规划工作贯穿在整个大学教育的始终,帮助和辅导大学生进行切实可行的职业生涯规划,引导学生合理定位,使他们从容走向社会。本文首先运用了文献研究法,从研究国内外职业生涯规划的基本理论出发,包括职业生涯与职业生涯规划的含义与特征,人职匹配理论、职业性向理论、职业发展阶段理论、择业动机理论,大学生职业生涯规划的内容、特点与功效等,进而明确了本文的理论依据。在此基础上,系统分析了金融危机这一特定环境下,我国大学生就业的形势与矛盾、影响因素、就业心理以及就业前景。接下来,采用社会调查法,在分析大学生就业与职业生涯规划的内在联系的基础上,以哈尔滨工业大学学生为例,对金融危机背景下大学生职业生涯规划的开展情况和大学生就业情况进行了实证调查研究,通过对所采集的数据信息进行分析、归纳和整理,总结出了当前我国大学生职业生涯规划开展中普遍存在的问题。在找到问题的基础上,结合我国教育体制的状况以及大学阶段职业生涯规划的特点,有针对性地就大学生自身、学校、政府三个方面提出了相应的实施对策以及解决建议,认为如果能够建立学生个人、学校、政府三位一体的大学生职业生涯规划体系,必将有效促进高校就业工作的改进以及大学生个人职业生涯发展的实现。本文通过对职业生涯规划的理论分析的基础上,结合了中国社会以及大学生的实际情况,并在金融危机这一特定背景和视角下深入研究了大学生就业与职业生涯规划问题,提出了相应的实施对策,进而为大学生自身的职业规划的开展提供了有价值的借鉴,同时对于推动我国就业指导工作具有一定的理论价值和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current financial crisis is affecting almost every aspect of our life, especially the employment of college students. An effective way to solve this problem is having a good career planning. Standing on a student’s viewpoint, he or she should consider what position he or she would take in the further as early as possible, instead of only beginning to think and prepare until quite close to graduation or facing severe employment situation. From college officers’perspective, they should combine the students’career planning into the whole college education in order to satisfy the needs of country and society development and also cultivate high-quality personnel. In addition, college should help and tutor college students to carry out practical career planning, and guide them to have suitable estimations of their further positions. For the reasons, students can be more adept when finally take their positions in the further.First of all, this paper use the Literature Research Method, starting from learning on career planning basic theory both at home and abroad, including the definition and characteristics of career planning, People and Position Matching Theory, Sex Oriented Career Theory, Career Development Stages Theory, Career Motivation Theory, and also what it mean to college students career planning, and its characteristics and effectiveness. Based on that, this paper systematically analyzed forms and conflicts, affected factors, job hunting mentality and job hunting future of college students in this particular financial crisis. Next, the Social Survey Method is used based on the analysis of the inter connection of college students’job hunting and career planning, this paper takes students of Harbin Institute of Technology as examples, surveyed how the career planning is going and the employment situation in the financial crisis. Through the analysis of the collected data, we found the prevalent problem in Chinese college student career planning. After that, we proposed corresponding countermeasures and solutions from students, schools and governments three prospective, combined with the characteristics of Chinese education system temporal situation and college career planning. We think it is possible that a college student career planning system, including combination of student, school and government aspects, would definitely promote the improvement of employment and personal achievement of their career target.Based on the theoretical analysis of career planning, combined with the characteristics of Chinese society and the actual situation of university students in the particular financial crisis, this paper studied the employment and career planning of college students, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
