【摘要】 自上世纪八十年代以来,国际上企业变革实践经历了“重组”“再造”的热潮,于九十年代中后期进入到以“转型升级”为主流的时代。进入新的历史时期,资源节约、环境友好的可持续发展是时代的主题,从两型社会建设的视角,评价和分析企业发展的现状与困境,培育企业自身转型升级的能力和选择合适的转型升级模式,对于新时期的企业发展有着重要的意义。全文包含五个章节。第一部分,简要的介绍了文章研究目的与意义、国内外研究动态、研究的主要内容与方法等。第二部分,主要阐述“两型社会”建设概念的科学内涵及其特征。根据“两型社会”建设的科学内涵明确“两型社会”建设的战略目标,并提出推进“两型社会”建设的基本思路。总结了新中国经济发展的特征,分析了“两型社会”建设提出的时代背景第三部分,主要是描述了娄底市企业发展的基本状况,包括基本数量、地区分布、产业分布、经营状况、发展前景、对当地经济发展所做出的贡献。依据“两型社会”改革建设的基本要求,构建成一个对传统企业进行综合评价的指标体系,指标体系由五部分组成。并结合全省能耗数据和娄底市各行业能耗数据,总结了娄底市企业在“两型社会”建设中的问题。第四部分,针对综合评价,理清目前制约娄底市企业转型升级的各种因素,提出培育企业转型升级能力的建议和转型升级模式的选择;并从宏观的角度提出了促进娄底市企业转型升级的措施与政策体系研究。第五部分,结论与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes in the practice of international business have a boom named "reorganization" and "restructuring" since the eighties of last century, in the mid of late nineties the "restructuring and upgrading" was going to the mainstream era. Entered a new historical period, resource-saving and environment-friendly is the theme of the times.it is very important for the new era of enterprise development from the perspective of two types of social construction. Which have evaluation and analysis of the present situation and the problems ,then select the appropriate transformation upgrade mode.The text contains five chapters.The first part, we study the purpose and significance ,domestic and international research trends, the main research contents and methods.The second part ,it was focusing primarily on the "two-oriented society," According to the scientific connotation of "two-oriented society," we should know the strategic objectives and the basic ideas, the era of building backgroundThe third part described the basic conditions of enterprise development in Loudi, including basic number, geographical distribution, industrial distribution, business conditions, prospects of development, development contribution on the local economic. Pursuant to the "two-oriented society," the basic requirements of reform and construction in the "two-oriented society,", we were building a comprehensive evaluation index system on traditional business, and it consists of five parts. In combination with the province’s energy consumption data and energy consumption data of Loudi, we summed up the construction problems about Loudi business in the "two-oriented society,".The fourth part, which was with the current constraints of Loudi to clarify the various factors that make cultivating enterprise restructuring and upgrading .we want to find the capacity of the transformation and updating model choice; and from a macro point of view put forward to promote enterprise restructuring and upgrading of Loudi System of measures and policies.PartⅤ, Conclusions and outlook.更多还原
