我国高等教育大众化背景下高校教材建设研究

【摘要】 21世纪,我国高等教育大众化进程迅速加快,在人才数量剧增的情况下,“量”的扩张与“质”的保障成为高等教育理论研究的热点和重要课题。教材建设是高校学科建设中的一个重要环节,它是课程建设的重要内容,是高等学校基础教学条件建设之一,它直接关系到教学质量、教学效果和人才培养质量。尤其在高等教育大众化背景下,人才培养的目标发生很大变化,高校对人才培养方案做出相应的调整,课程体系随之调整,在这种形势之下,建立适应人才培养目标的教材体系已成为高校提高办学质量的必要议题。本研究基于建构主义学习理论并综合课程理论研究的相关成果,结合作者多年从事普通高等教育教材建设管理的实践经验,把“满足社会需求、适应教学改革、培养高素质人才”作为教材建设的指导思想,通过广泛抽样调查、数据统计、理论研究、经验交流,分析目前我国高校教材建设的现状和面临的问题。在对高校人才培养方案进行分析的基础上,揭示人才培养和教材建设的关系,指出教材建设在人才培养中的地位。据此提出一系列教材建设的方法和策略,从理论上形成有序的教材建设管理机制,为现代高校教材建设改革确立研究方向、提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21 Century, as the process of popularization of China higher education speeding up rapidly, under the situation of the number of personnel dramatic increasing, Personnel’s "quantity" of expansion and "quality" of protection become a hot of theoretical study of higher education and an important topic.Building materials is a part of academic construction of colleges and universities, word is an important aspect of course building, is also one of the basic teaching conditions of higher learning. Personnel training is related to teaching quality, teaching effectiveness and the quality of personnel training. Particularly, in the set of the popularization of higher education, the goal of personnel training has great change , and the colleges and universities adjust the training programs, in addition to the adjustment of curriculum system, in such situation, this paper proposes the necessity of enhancement of college teaching materials building.This study bases on the practical experiences of researchers who has worked on the construction and management of higher teaching materials for many years, and taking "adapt to the teaching reform, cultivating high-quality personnel," as the paper’s research clue through all aspects of higher education teaching materials building and management. Through extensive sample survey, data statistics, theoretical research, exchange of experiences, analysis of the problems of teaching materials building in China and research the training programs of higher education training personnel.disclosing the relationship between teaching materials construction and personnel training; pointing out the status of teaching materials construction in personnel training, forming an orderly and management mechanism theoretically , establishing the research directions of reformation of modern higher schools teaching materials building and providing a theoretical basis.更多还原
