烤烟正反交组合F1性状比较

【摘要】 杂种优势利用作为加快我国烟草品种的更新速度,提高我国烟草育种的水平,从而提高我国烟叶生产水平的一种育种方法,在烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)育种中得到广泛的应用。本试验利用PVH06、DY87、T61、长脖黄4个烤烟品种(系)为亲本,于2007年按Griffing方法Ⅰ配制4x4完全双列杂交组合,从农艺性状、生理生化性状、基因组三大方面对正反交F1进行差异分析,同时对农艺性状的遗传参数进行了研究。旨在为烤烟杂种优势利用的强优势组合的选配及应用提供理论依据。主要结果如下:1、每个组合的正反交均有差异明显的性状,同时每一性状均有正反交差明显的组合,这说明细胞质效应在烟草的性状表现上起一定的作用。所以正反交组合的组配均要进行田间组合鉴定。2、本研究没有发现在烤烟杂交组合的特殊配合力效应(SCA)与其杂交亲本的一般配合力效应(GCA)之间存在某种规律性,二者之间没有必然的联系。3、4个亲本在农艺性状上的一般配合力效应有正值、也有负值。以13号亲本长脖黄为最优在11个性状中有7个正效应达64%。4、100对SRAP引物组合中只有me3-em2、me4-em6、me6-em5、me10-em7引物组合能在4 X 4个组合中扩增出差异条带,但在正反交F1之间没有扩增出差异条带。表明SRAP标记在鉴别种内之间的差异时效率不高。

【Abstract】 The performance of Agronomic trait sphysiological biochemical properties and analysis of genetic on Flue-cured tobacco F1 reciprocal cross combinationHybrid vigor atilization, a fast breeding method, can speed up the rate of update tobacco varieties and improve the level of tobacco breeding. So,it is applicated widely in Nicotiana tabacum breeding。In this study, useing of four flue-cured tobacco varieties (PVH06、DY87、T61、Changbohuang) for the parents and setuping program by the method of GriffingI 4×4 complete diallel cross made differential Analysis from there respects: Agronomic traits、Physiological and biochemical properties、Genome. In addition, researching the genetic parameters of agronomic traits.In ordering to provide a theoretical basis for the Hybrid vigor atilization.1 .Each characters of combinations’ differences are significant in the reciprocal hybrid. At the same time, under the circumstances of differences the reciprocal hybrid, there is a corresponding combination. This shows that cytoplasmic inheritance play a role in the performance of tobacco. But there is no significant differences of characters in the reciprocal hybrid of all. It need identification of field combinations.2.This study do not find a certain regularity between GCA of hybrid and SCA of parents in the flue-cured tobacco, there is no casual link between them.3.The GCA effects, in the four parents, are positive or negative. The positive effect of chang bo huang, in the best eleven characters, account for 64%.4.Only prime combinations me3-em2、me4-em6、me6-em5 and me10-em7 can amplified differences bands in the combination of complete diallel crosses in the 100 parents. But it does not amplified differences bands in reciprocal hybrid F1. It shows that SRAP marks’ efficiency is not high in identifying the differences between cultivar.
