大庆油田深层气藏储层特征分析及试气测试工艺配套技术研究

【摘要】 针对大庆油田徐家围子断陷火山岩气藏针对火山气藏储层岩性复杂多样、非均质性强的地质实际,通过储层地质和渗流特征等方面的综合分析,建立起深层气藏储层稳定渗流和不稳定渗流产能方程,改进了深层试气工艺技术,开发研制出了短时压控全通径测试器、封隔器等配套测试井下工具和管柱,优选应用了高温高压电子和机械压力计,实现了井深4000m~4500m深层大通径、无回压、无液垫测试及压力、温度等地层资料的直接测量。另外,首创了深层两阶段压井方法和压井液暂堵方法,解决了深层压井液大量漏失和用量大难题,确立了CO2试气工艺流程和产量计量方法,形成了一套适合大庆油田深井试气测试工艺及配套技术,对大庆油田深层气藏试气测试施工和储层评价具有重要的意义

【Abstract】 Aiming at the different permeability, serious anisotropic, complex gas&water distribution and pore geometry,various rock types and complex lithology for deep gas reservoir of Daqing Oil Field XUJIAWEIZI volcanic gas reservoir, Reservoir Characteristic Analysisis is to beat out the characteristic of lithology & lithofacies & reservoir space types and the connection of reservoir lithology types and reservoir effective permeability & effective porosity. And strike up the flow equation of steady and unsteady fluid flow through porous stratum in deep gas reservoir.and develop the short-time pressure controle full- Bore tester and packer and matching testing tools and pipe line acooding to the characteristic of high -pressure and high-temperature and high flow and low permeability and leakage after compression fracture. And on the base of introducing the high preessure and high temperature electronic and mechanical pressure gage, carried out direct testing for the data of testing and pressure and temperature in 4000-4500m depth on the condition of full bore and non-back-pressure and non-flow-cushion, and initiated the methods of the two-phase killing well in deep depth and killing fluid short duration shutoff to slove the problem of leakage and large amount usage of killing fluid in deep depth, and establish CO2 gas test technological flow and output quantirative methods. The above research findings received better effect by the application in the field and meet the needs of testing operation and evaluation of deep gas reservoir in Daqing oil field.
