喇嘛甸油田北北块厚油层综合开发调整技术研究

【摘要】 喇嘛甸油田原油地质储量主要分布在有效厚度大于2m的厚油层中,尽管厚油层平均综合含水已高达94%以上,而厚油层仍有近三分之一的厚度低、未水洗,采出程度只有三分之一,因此厚油层是喇嘛甸油田主要调整挖潜对象。同时,喇嘛甸油田北北块厚油层将逐渐进入三次采油开发,因此充分利用三次采油加密井网,应用层内结构单元研究成果,按三次采油层系对厚油层首先进行水驱加密调整挖潜剩余油。将二次采油与三次采油有机结合起来,强化水驱二次采油,然后在适当时机转入三次采油,从而达到改善水驱阶段开发效果、提高采收率、延长水驱开发有效期的目的,对今后油田开发调整有一定的指导意义。本论文从喇嘛甸油田北北块厚油层开发特点入手,深入分析厚油层动用特征,确定北北块厚油层的层系组合、开发次序和井网部署。通过对萨Ⅲ4-10厚油层进行井网加密调整、选择性射孔后,初期取得了一定的效果。同时,随着开采时间的延长,区块存在低效井比例多、注采比低、含水上升快等问题。针对上述问题,对油水井采取了行之有效的综合调整方法。主要包括对油水井的低渗透、有潜力油层采取压裂措施,改善差油层的动用程度,对河道中部的高含水层实施封堵,控制无效注采循环,对厚油层内注采不完善部位采取补孔措施,挖潜剩余油,针对低压低含水及措施油井周围注水井进行注水调整,有效补充地层能量,合理调整压力系统。喇嘛甸油田北北块厚油层通过综合挖潜提高了油层动用程度,提高了水驱最终采收率。

【Abstract】 The geological reserve of crude oil in Lamadian oilfield mostly distributes in the thick oil-bearing layer with the effective thickness of more than 2 meters. The average water content of the thick oil-bearing layer is larger than 94%. However, there are nearly one third thickness of the thick oil-bearing layer is still low or not washed. The degree of recovery is only one third, so the thick oil-bearing layers are the central targets for potential exploitation. At the same time, the thick oil-bearing layers in North-north Lamadian oil field would gradually develop into the tertiary oil recovery. According to the tertiary infill net and the structure in the layer, adopting develop program of the tertiary oil recovery, the water driving infill adjust was carried out for remaining potential oil. Combining secondary and tertiary oil recovery, strengthen water driving in the secondary oil recovery, and then at the right time to turn to the tertiary oil recovery. Thereby, it is significative to improve the development effectiveness of water driving stage, heighten the oil recovery factor, and extend the validity period of water driving.In light of the development characteristics of the thick oil-bearing layer in North-north Lamadian oil field, this paper analyzed the development characteristics of the thick oil-bearing layer and determined the layer combination, development order and well-net arrangement. Based on the well infill adjustment and selective perforation for S III 4-10 layers, there are some achievement yet. As the extended exploitation time, many problems including the large proportion of inefficient wells, the small injection-production ratio and the fast increasing water content need to be settled. a well-established integrated method adjustment was used for adjustment including fracturing the potential layers of low permeability, improving the development degree of poor oil-bearing layer, plugging the high water content layer in river channel of middle depth, controlling the invalid injection-production circle, perforation adding for the incomplete zone, exploiting remained potential oil, injection adjustment for the injection wells around the low pressure, low water content and treated wells, supplying formation energy and adjusting the pressure system. The proposed integrated method used in North-north Lamadian oil field has improved the exploitation of the thick oil-bearing layer and the final recovery factor by water driving.
