【Abstract】 This paper systematically reviewed and summarized to explain the causes of commercial bribery, and its manifestations, hazards and related laws and regulations. Combined with the Wurth Electronics’ not-pay-bribes strategy and concrete practices in China’ s electronic components industry, and in the summary of research achievements of previous experts, this paper proposed a number of countermeasures and suggestions. Hope this paper can offer some reference to the legal profession, policy makers and implementers, company owners and its managers, and practitioners to learn from.更多还原
