【摘要】 商业银行是绝大多数贸易往来的中间重要环节,是资金流动的载体,是信用信誉认定的中间人和担保人。目前国际间贸易往来日益频繁,跨国贸易中资金的结算是其中最重要的一个环节,同时由于资金结算后涉及到本地企业在银行中其他资金业务的变动,造成了银行国际业务中国际结算变化多样,操作复杂。国内中小商业银行目前大多只能处理本地业务,对于在本行发生的国际结算业务,只能依托于当地的国有银行或其他大型银行进行代理操作,其中损失的手续费等交易费用以及给自己客户造成的时间上的拖延极大的制约了这些商业银行的发展。因此,建立一个可以直接支持国际间结算,自动化程度高的银行国际结算系统将对这些商业银行的业务扩展起到极大的推动作用。本系统就是在对国内商业银行的国际结算业务进行了认真分析,综合银行核心会计系统及外围系统的经验,以商业银行的切实需求为业务基础,在业内资深国际业务专家的指导下而设计和开发。本国际结算系统采用B/S结构,建立在J2EE平台上,做到安全、灵活、支持多平台发布。如何实现一个操作方便,功能强大,能够切实符合中小商业银行的需求,能够真正支持对报文的高自动化处理的国际结算系统是本文的重心。本文对J2EE平台上比较流行的各种开发框架的设计与实现进行研究和探讨,并具体通过自己开发的框架来进行分析,总结出国际结算系统的设计开发方案。本文讨论了国际结算系统开发框架的设计与实现,重点讨论基于该框架设计与开发报文自动处理和国际结算系统核心业务,通过本系统将实现流程化的国际结算业务操作与管理,通过页面脚本实现国际业务的多变性输入,并且通过配置文件灵活添加修改业务功能,满足了城市商业银行灵活多变的需求;讨论了关于B/S下单据打印的实现,最后介绍了系统的测试和运行情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Commercial bank is an important middle section in most of business dealings.It is the carrier of finance fluid.It is the broker and guarantor of credit and hornor’s identifying.With more and more international business dealings, the settlement of finance in transnational trades is the most important section.Because settlement of funds often causes changing of other funds of the company in the bank,this makes international settlement operation in bank vary very much,most complex when operating. In China,many small commercial bank can only deal with local businesses.They put their international businesses which happened in their own bank to local state banks or other big banks.These banks as their agents deal with these businesses.During this procedure small banks lost their fees and other exchange charges.They also caused delay to their customers.All these limit these banks to expand. For that reason,to build a highly automatic bank international settlement system which supports settlements among countries will greatly expanding these bank’s businesses.This system is based on analyses of Chinese commercial banks and many years of experiences about bank’s accounting system and bank’s rim systems by ZhongSheng Century company.This system build on the actual requirements of comercial banks,and is designed and developed with the leading of professionals in banking business. ZS-International Settlement System is based on B/S structure with J2EE technique.It’s a secure,flexible system which can be deployed on multi platforms. For a long time,most of bank’s international settlment system are based on C/S structure,but there are some systems based on B/S structure also appered in recent years.This article’s main point is how to make a easy-to-operate,strong system which satisfy the requirements of small commercial banks and supports automatic operating SWIFT messages. This article researches and discuss some popular development frameworks on J2EE platform,and analyze a development framework which is developed by our company.With these research,I summarize the plan of design and development of international settlement system.This article discuss the design and development of the development framework of international settlement system, the main point is how to develop automatic operating SWIFT messages and core businesses of international settlement system on this framework. This article also discuss the realization of printing in B/S structure. At the end of this article,I introduce the test and running condition of the system.更多还原
