乡镇企业网上管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 自改革开放以来,各地、市乡镇企业如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展,成为我国市场经济体系中的重要组成部分,为了更好地对其进行管理,设计并实现了本管理信息系统。本系统在网络技术的基础上,结合实际需求,运用软件工程中的相关理论思想,通过对各企业相关信息、现有资源进行规划、管理、查询、统计,使对乡镇企业的管理更加高效、灵活、及时、快捷、准确,从而提高上级主管部门的办公效率。本文首先根据项目的要求进行分析,采用面向对象的设计思想建立系统功能模型,并进行数据库设计,分析探讨了实现过程中的数据库存技术、程序设计技术、以及系统访问控制技术等相关技术问题。同时,为了方便的实现模块化开发、提高代码的重用性和维护性,以及充分考虑到系统的跨平台性等因素,采用J2EE平台及组件技术构建系统。本文主要设计了一个基于Internet互联网的B/S结构模型框架,并根据这个模型,设计了由客户层、业务层和数据库层三层构成的体系结构。这样既可使开发分工明确,同时又增强了系统的移植性和可维护性。本文着重讲述了本系统中各企业档案管理模块的系统性能优化、权限管理、安全机制、报表输出的设计与实现,并提供了对基本信息进行输入、修改、查询、删除等基本功能。经过对系统的测试运行,无论是在系统功能、交互界面以及系统的稳定性等方面都达到了设计的目的与要求,系统的使用对管理部门工作强度的降低、工作效率的提高等有了明显的作用。

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, township enterprises spring up vigorously like the spring bamboo shoot after rain, and they have become an important part of market economy in China. In order to better manage them, Management Information System has been designed and realized. This system, based on the Internet technology, combined with actual demand, using some related theory in software engineering, through the planning, managing, surveying and classifying of business-related information and available resources will lead to a more efficient, flexible, timely, quick and accurate management of township enterprises. Thus, the work efficiency of the department in charge will be increased.Firstly, this article makes an analysis in accordance with project requirements. It builds a system function model with the design concept of object-oriented, then design a database. It also make a study and an analysis on some related technological problems such as the technology of storing data, of program design, of control over the access to systems in the process of implementation. At the same time, in order to facilitate the realization of the development of modular and improve the code reusability and maintainability, as well as taking into account the system of cross-platform and other factors to the full, use J2EE platform technology and components to build the system.This paper designs an Internet-based model of B/S structure, and according to this model, designs a three-tier system composed of the customer layer, database layer and business layer. It will not only enable a clear division of labor in the development but enhance the system’s portability and maintainability simultaneously. This paper makes a detailed description about the optimization of the enterprise records management module, rights management, security, design and implementation of report-output, and provides basic information on the input, edit, inquiry, deletion, and other basic functions.After the operating test, the system meets its goals and requirements in the system function, interface, as well as the stability. The use of system has a greater influence on reduction of the work intensity and the improvement of work efficiency.
