【摘要】 进入21世纪,世界旅游获得了迅速的发展,旅游业崛起,刺激带动了餐饮业的变革,绿色生态餐饮作为餐饮业的新形象便应运而生,温室生态餐厅是其绿色生态餐饮的主要形式。温室生态餐厅它以温室技术为基础,运用多种设计和技术手段,为人们营造自然生态、景色优美、环境舒适的就餐场所。温室生态餐厅的成败从根本上又取决于内部景观的设计,科学合理、景观优美、环境舒适的设计才能保证温室生态餐厅良好运营。反之,则会给投资者带来沉重的经济负担,并造成资源的严重浪费。所以温室生态餐厅景观的规划设计的好坏对温室生态餐厅的发展起着至关重要的作用。我国目前对温室生态餐厅景观设计方面的研究还不够成熟,尚未形成全面系统的理论基础,因此本文通过对国内外温室生态餐厅的理论及实践资料进行总结,并结合富平天成园温室生态餐厅景观设计实践,从温室生态餐厅景观的各方面入手,全面系统的对其进行研究和探讨,以期为今后展温室生态餐厅景观的建设提供较为系统的理论和实际操作依据。在总结国内外资料的基础上,对温室生态餐厅景观的属性进行了分析,从构成要素、特点、类型、功能等方面进行了全面、深入的剖析,形成了较为深刻的认识,为景观的设计打下了良好基础;归纳和分析了对温室生态餐厅景观设计具有指导性意义的理论知识,主要包括景观美学、景观设计学、设施园艺学等三大理论基础,并提出规划设计应遵循的原则、及其设计内容;在对景观属性和设计理论的研究基础上,对温室生态餐厅景观的设计内容进行了探讨,主要包括景观构思、景观功能分区、交通游线设计、景观竖向及铺装设计、景观建筑设计、水景设计和种植设计八个方面;设计中应坚持人性化、生态、经济、艺术性的设计原则来进行,使温室生态餐厅的景观更加完美、和谐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enter the 21st century,the world tourism is developing at a high speed ,which promotes the transformation of catering business.Green and ecological catering has emerged as a new image for catering business ,with greenhouse ecological dining hall as its main form. Based on greenhouse technology, the greenhouse restaurant used various forms of design and technology to provide an ideal dining place for people.Whether the greenhouse restaurant will succeed or not is basically based on the interior landscape design.Only a design with a scientific and reasonable method, beautiful landscape and comfortable environment can lead to the successful running of greenhouse restaurant. Conversely,it ma cause heavy economic load for investors and lead to serious wastage of resources .Therefore ,the planning and design of greenhouse restaurant landscape is playing an essential role for the development of greenhouse restaurant.Presently, the research in this field in our country is still immature .A comprehensive and systematic theoretical basis has not ye formed. Thus this paper integrated the theories and practices of the greenhouse restaurant inland an abroad, and also practices of Fu-Ping ecological tourism agriculture demonstration garden in the landscape design of greenhouse restaurant. By way of various aspects of landscape design, the paper carried on a systematic and comprehensive research on it so as to provide a more systematical and practical operation basis for the future landscape establishment.Based on integrating the materials inland and abroad, the paper analyzed the property of greenhouse restaurant landscape. By carrying on systematic and deep analysis form such aspects as formation elements, characteristics , types and functions, the paper reached a relatively deeper under standing and provided a good basis for land design. It also induced and analyzed theories which playing a governing role un the landscape design .These theories mainly induce landscape aesthetics, landscape design and installation gardening. It put forward the guiding principles and design theories , the paper discussed the landscape design content for greenhouse restaurant, mainly including eight aspects, namely, landscape conception ,landscape function distribution, transportation route design, landscape vertical and paving design, landscape architecture design, water scenery design and planting design.
