【摘要】 为了了解农民工在流入地获取现代性的途径,弄清流入地文化中哪些因素对农民工现代性产生影响以及在何种程度上产生影响,特进行本次研究。本研究采用参与式观察法,深入底层,到工厂一线,与农民工同工同住,对义乌市某工厂的农民工展开调查,以求了解他们在当地工作、生活的方方面面。本研究从多元现代性的视角着眼,强调现代性主体——农民工的平等性,认为农民工及农民工的现代性与城市其他群体及他们的现代性拥有同等地位,并从流入地文化对农民工自身影响的角度出发,以农民工行为的结果是否符合他们的行为预期作为标准,来判断农民工的行为及对此行为具有指导作用的价值观念、思维方式等是否具有现代性。本研究参考英克尔斯对人的现代性的划分,选取其中五项——乐于接受新经验、效能感、计划性与时间表、分配公正、可信赖感作为因变量,并将流入地文化按农民工所处位置的不同分为生产世界文化和生活世界文化,以此作为自变量,来考察流入地文化中不同因素对农民工现代性的影响。文章第三部分从大文化的角度将生产世界文化进一步细化为物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和心理文化,从这四个方面分析其对农民工现代性的影响。第四部分则从消费文化、流行文化和大众媒介三个方面剖析了生活世界文化对农民工现代性的影响。本研究认为,流入地文化对农民工现代性的影响,集中体现在生产世界文化对农民工现代性的影响上,而生产世界文化对农民工现代性的影响则更多的表现为制度文化对农民工现代性的影响。生活世界文化由于自身文化特征、农民工在其中所处时间长短及农民工心态等原因,使得它对农民工现代性的影响要远弱于生产世界文化。文章最后提出“熟人社区”这一概念,认为正是熟人社区的存在,削弱了生活世界文化对农民工现代性的影响,阻碍了农民工在流入地获取更多现代性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand that the migrant workers in the inflow gain modernity way, which factors does clarify in the inflow culture to have the influence as well as to the migrant workers modernity has the influence in what kind of degree, conducts this research especially. This research uses the participation type method of inspection, the thorough first floor, to factory one, lives together and works together with the migrant workers, carries on the investigation to a factory in YiWu, understands them in order to the local work, the life aspects.This research focuses from the multi-dimensional modernity angle of view, stressed that the modernity main body - - migrant workers’s equivalent, thought the migrant workers and migrant workers’s modernity and urban other communities and their modernity have the equal status, and from inflow culture to migrant workers own influence angle embarking, by migrant workers behavior result whether to conform to their behavior anticipated achievement standard, judges migrant workers’s behavior and has the instruction function value idea, the thinking mode to this behavior and so on whether to have the modernity.This research refers to Inkeles to person’s modernity division, the selection five items - - is glad to accept the new experience, the potency feeling, the planning and the timetable, the assignment fair, may trust the feeling to take the dependent variable, and will flow in the culture to locate the position according to the migrant workers to divide into the production world culture and the life world culture differently, by this achievement independent variable, inspects in the inflow culture the different factor to the migrant workers modernity influence. The article third part will produce the world culture further refinement from the big culture’s angle for the material culture, the system culture, the behavior culture and the psychological culture, analyzes it from these four aspects to the migrant workers modernity influence. The fourth part from the expense culture, the pop culture and the mass media three aspects analyzed the life world culture to the migrant workers modernity influence.This research believed that the inflow culture to the migrant workers modernity influence, the concentrates in the production world culture to the migrant workers modernity influence, but the production world culture to migrant workers modernity influence more performance for the system culture to the migrant workers modernity influence. Because life world culture own cultural characteristic, migrant workers in location reasons and so on time length and migrant workers point of view, cause it to want far to the migrant workers modernity influence weakly in the production world culture. The article proposed finally“the acquaintance community”this concept, thought is precisely the acquaintance community’s existence, weakened the life world culture to the migrant workers modernity influence, has hindered the migrant workers in inflow gain more modernities.更多还原
