【摘要】 近几年来,随着教育规模与教育资源的进一步扩大和增加,由于种种原因,高校中经济困难学生数量增加较快,贫困生现象日益突出,并呈逐年持续上升趋势。贫困生问题已经成为政府高度重视、社会普遍关注、家长操心、学校担心、学生忧心的带有社会性的问题。而师范学校贫困生问题尤为严重。由于师范学校肩负着为国家和社会培养人类灵魂工程师的特殊重任,探讨和研究师范学校贫困生问题的解决办法以及对策也就尤为迫切和重要。本研究采用文献查阅、座谈、访谈等形式和手段,采用自编的贫困生资助调查问卷对嘉应学院梅州师范分院的在校生进行了问卷调查。结果表明,该校贫困生数量逐年上升,女生所占比例远大于男生,农村贫困生数量远大于城镇贫困生。该校大多数贫困生认为贫困生的认定标准模糊,解困资金少,国家助学贷款效率不高,贫困生普遍存在心理问题。本研究力求真实反映嘉应学院梅州师范分院贫困生资助工作的现状。在对该校贫困生资助工作的现状的分析上,笔者首先研究了该校贫困生的现状以及贫困生产生的原因,然后从该校的具体做法上了解贫困生受资助的现状。在对该校贫困生资助工作中存在问题的分析上,主要从六个方面阐述了该校在贫困生资助工作操作过程中遇到的问题。在对形成贫困生资助工作问题的原因进行分类和分析的基础上,提出了一些切实可行的具有可操作性的对策建议:建立和完善贫困生档案管理制度;开展多种形式的勤工助学活动;完善国家助学贷款管理;加强思想教育,扶贫更扶志;推行学分制;构建贫困大学生的心理资助平台等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the further expand and increase of the educational scale and resources, the number of college students with financial difficulties increased fast for various reasons. Needy students’ problem is becoming more and more prominent, and the number of them rose year by year continually. Needy students’ problem has become a social problem which the government attaches great importance and the society concerns generally. Such problem in Normal School is particularly serious. Explore and study the solutions to the needy students’ problem in Normal school is very important while the normal schools are training the future teachers for China.Making use of such methods as documental consult, informal discussion and interview, the author carried out the questionnaire on the assistance problems for needy students in the Meizhou Normal Branch of Jiaying University, by using the self-made questionnaire on the assistance problems for needy students. The results show that the number of needy students increased year by year in the school. The number of needy girls is much than boys. Meanwhile, poor students in rural areas are much greater than the students in urban areas. Most of the needy students thought that the identification standards for them are not clear. The funds for solving assistance problems are not enough. They also thought that The National Student Loan is not effective. However, most of them have Psychological problems.This research tries its best to reflect the situations of assistance problems for needy students in the Meizhou Normal Branch of Jiaying University. First, it discusses the living Situation of the needy students in the school and the causes of the problems. Then, it shows the funded situations in the school. Next, it explains the current situation and the operative problems in the process in six parts. To aim directly at the cause of college students’ poverty, considering current situation, we deliver many methods described below: the school should establish the File Management System for her needy students. It should carry out various forms of work-study activities. It should improve the National Student Loan Management. It should strengthen the ideological education and pursue the credit system.
