高压静电除尘器离子风特性研究

【摘要】 随着科技的进步和现代工业的发展,环境污染已成为人类生存发展一大杀手。粉尘作为一种主要的大气污染物,不仅对工厂的正常生产构成了巨大威胁而且严重影响着人们的身体健康。为了减少工业粉尘的污染,发展和改进电除尘器具有积极的意义。本文主要介绍了静电除尘器的工作原理,分析了离子风对空间电场和气流的影响,为静电除尘器的优化设计提供了一定的理论基础。首先是离子风对空间电场影响的研究。采用静电探针法分析了不同线板配置下的空间电流值,并对不同电场区域的离子风进行了讨论。研究表明,无论何种情况,正对电晕线的区域其电场梯度较大,随着与电晕线横向距离的加大,电场梯度趋于平缓。在多根电晕线共同作用下,电晕线间的电场趋于均匀,该状态有利于拓展除尘器对空间粉尘粒子的作用,从而提高除尘效率。该实验还表明,不同的电压等级下存在一种最优的极配方式。其次是离子风对除尘器内气流影响的研究。把放电极在电晕放电时产生的离子风用离子风集团代替,采用FLUENT流体力学数值模拟的方法,模拟了进口气流速度相同时当除尘器内存在不同电场分布时气流速度场和速度矢量的分布,使计算结果更为直观和真实,研究表明不同的放电极间距应与相应的放电电压相匹配,才可以使离子风对放电通道中的气流产生均匀的扰流作用。
【Abstract】 Along with technical progress and modern industry development, the environment pollution has become a big murderer for human survival and development. The dust takes a kind of main air pollutants, not only poses the huge threat to the factory regular production but also affect people’s health seriously. In order to reduce pollution of industry dust, develop and improve electrostatic precipitation have positive significance. The principle of electrostatic precipitation is introduced in this thesis, the influence of ion wind on electric field and airflow is analyzed, some theory basis is provided for the electrostatic precipitator optimize and design.First, the influence of ion wind to the spatial electric field is researched. Use the electrostatic probe method measure the current in ESP interior space when the wire-plate configuration is different, and discuss the ion wind distributing in different electric field region. The results show, regardless of which kind of situation, the electric field gradient is big for the region which uprightness the corona wire, along with the increasing of lateral distance, electric field gradient flatten out. Under the multi-root corona wires, the electric field tends to even between corona wires, this condition is advantage to develop the effect of ESP to the spatial dust particle, thus improve removal efficiency. This experiment also indicates, under different voltage, there is a most superior formula for discharge pole and plate.Second, the influence of ion wind to the airflow is studied inner the ESP, substitute ion wind which adhesive to the corona wire into ion wind group,the FLUENT hydrodynamics numerical simulate is adopted, simulate the distributing of ion wind group influence of airflow when the inlet velocity is same, make the result more straight and true. The results show the different electrode distance should match with the corresponding discharge voltage, this can obtain even burble function caused by ion wind to the airflow in discharge channel.
