马尾藻活性物质提取及食用菌调理剂开发应用研究

【摘要】 马尾藻是一种大型速生海藻,我国有丰富的马尾藻资源。食用菌是我国重点发展的农业产业之一。本研究是以马尾藻活性物质为基础经复配开发食用菌调理剂。通过单因子试验研究了不同方法对马尾藻活性物质提取的影响,由多糖得率、可溶性固形物含量及成本等方面确定提取方法。结果表明超声波破碎法为较适宜提取方法,其最佳提取条件为固液比1:20、功率500W作用5min,多糖得率为19.274%,可溶性固形物为2.5%。采用马尾藻提取液对侧耳、白灵侧耳、刺芹侧耳、茶树菇、金针菇进行营养生长影响研究,发现对其生长有不同的作用,在培养菌丝时应选择适合的浓度以达到最佳促进作用;在生料栽培侧耳时可在拌料过程中加入稀释1500-2500倍的马尾藻提取液,以促进菌丝生长;在熟料栽培食用菌时,由于添加了石灰等药剂,加之长时间的高温高压处理,影响本工艺条件下提制的马尾藻提取液作用的发挥,因此熟料栽培食用菌应避免在拌料时使用马尾藻提取液。使用0.3% VB2、0.3% VB12及0.3% KH2PO-4、0.3% MgSO4分别对马尾藻提取液进行复配,得到马尾藻复合制剂一、二。对侧耳喷施马尾藻复合制剂,能起到增产的作用,并且对食用菌的农学性状没有影响,不产生畸形菇。马尾藻复合制剂能显著促进二潮菇产量增加,因此建议在二潮菇后进行喷施,使用浓度为稀释1500倍。本研究表明,由马尾藻为原料研制的食用菌调理剂能促进食用菌生长、提高产量,不引起农学性状的改变,具有推广价值。

【Abstract】 Sargassum is one kind of large-scale fast-growing seaweed, our country is rich of Sargassum resources.The edible fungus is one of our country prioritize agricultural industries.This research studied how to develop edible fungus amendment based on the Sargassum active material.Seven methods for extraction were discussed. Through the single factorial experiment to Sargassum active material extraction influence, determined extraction method by the polysaccharide rate, soluble solid shape content and cost.The result indicated that the ultrasonic wave cracking process was the suitable extraction method. The best extraction condition of the ultrasonic wave cracking process was Liquid-solid is 1:20,extract 5 minutes at the power of ultrasonic is 500W,at this time,the polysaccharide rate was 19.274%, soluble solid shape content was 2.5%.Studied the effect of the extract on Pleurotus ostreatus、Pleurotus nebrodensis、Pleurotus eryngii、Agrocybe chaxinggu、FlammuLina veLatipes macelial growth situation in PDA and cotton seed shell medium.lt could discovered that they had different function to its growth,so when raise hypha should choose the suitable density to achieve best promoter action.To promotes the hypha growth, we could join thinly 1500-2500 times of Sargassum extracts in the cotton seed shell medium when culture Pleurotus ostreatus as crude material.Because the active material is unstable under the high temperature high pressure,we should avoid join Sargassum extracts in the cotton seed shell medium when culture edible fungus as chamotte material.Uses 0.3% VB2.0.3%VB12 and 0.3% KH2PO4、0.3% MgSO4 extracts separately to the Sargassum carries on duplicate matches,obtains the Sargassum compound preparation one, two. Spurt executes the Sargassum compound preparation to Pleurotus ostreatus can increase the production,and had not affected to the edible fungus agronomy character, it did not produce the abnormal mushroom.The Sargassum compound preparation could obviously increase the second output,so it’s best to carriy on at the second,the use density was thinly 600 times.This research indicated that, the edible fungus amendment developed by Sargassum for raw material can promote the edible fungus to grow, to enhance the output.It didn’t cause the agronomy character change.It has the promoted value.
