【摘要】 伴随着我国对外开放的扩大和经济持续稳定的发展,会展业因其较高的社会经济效益迅速发展。原有的展馆设施远远不能满足会展经济的需要,成为其发展的“瓶颈”,因此展馆设施的建设得到了越来越多的重视。近年来,我国展馆建设取得了一定成就,但是仍然存在很多问题,如展馆建设不足,总体水平偏低。本文基于展馆本身特点及展馆融资模式的现状,对展馆建设融资模式进行积极的探索：随着会展经济的快速发展,单靠政府投资的单一模式越来越不能满足我国展馆建设的需要,而且还存在资金利用效率不高等很多经营问题。因此必须进行融资体制改革,建立多元化融资渠道。借鉴发达国家融资模式,在政府支持和引导下,吸引更多民间资本进入展馆基础设施领域,拓宽融资渠道,以适应我国会展经济发展的需要。本文主要分四个部分进行论述。第一部分“展馆建设融资理论”,全面分析了我国展馆应该归属于基础设施,并以基础设施融资理论-项目区分理论为出发点进行融资模式探索。第二部分“我国展馆建设融资模式特点及缺陷”,通过对我国展馆融资模式特点分析,得出我国展馆建设融资模式的缺陷。第三部分“外国展馆融资模式分析及对我国的启示”,对美国、英国展馆融资模式进行分析,以借鉴会展国家在展馆建设方面的经验,拓宽融资渠道。第四部分“我国展馆融资模式选择的分析”,理论与实践相结合给出了两种融资模式并指出我国展馆融资模式选择的总体思路。文章的主要内容是将展馆的实际情况及基础设施融资理论结合在一起进行综合分析,给出我国展馆融资模式选择的思路。为展馆主管部门提供决策帮助,解决会展展馆建设的资金紧缺问题,为会展业的发展提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the wideness of the open policy and the stable economic development,China’s convention and exhibition industry develops rapidly because of its high economic and social effectiveness.Existing convention&exhibition center infrastructure can not meets the demand of the development of the convention and exhibition industry, which restricts the convention and exhibition industry to develop.So the construction of the convention&exhibition center is attached more and more attentions.The construction of convention&exhibition center has gained some achievements but still in relatively low level in several years. There are still many problems.This article does research on the financing of convention&exhibition center infrastructure,based on the characteristic of the center and the present situation of the infrastructure financing.With the rapid development of the convention and exhibition industry,the mode that the center infrastructure capital is only supplied by government not only can not meet the demand the construction of the center,but also leave behind some problems such as the low using efficiency of the capital.So, we must carry out the reform of financing system,and establish multi-channel financing. At the same time,we must use the experience in infrastructure financing of major convention cities for reference.Under the guide and support of the government,allure more social capitals into the field of the center construction to meet the demands of the development of the convention and exhibition industry.The thesis focuses on the below four parts.Part one "convention&exhibition center financing theory",analyses that the center belongs to the infrastruction,and the reform of the center financing should follow the project division thoery.Part two "the position and the problems of the convention&exhibition center financing of China",analyses the characters of convention&exhibition center financing,concludes that there are still some problems in the center finacing.Part three"the analysis and the enlightenment of center financing in foreign countries",studys the center financing in American and England,and uses the experience of the center financing in other countries for reference to widen the channel of financing. Part four"Analyses on the choice of models of the center construction financing",points out the financing models of the center and the general rules of the choice of convention&exhibition financing.The major content of the article is combining the situation of the convention&exhibition with the infrastructure financing theory, points out the general rules of the choice of convention&exhibition financing through the analysis of the models of foreign convention&exhibition financing. Hope to provide the management department of the convention and exhibition industry with a little help to resolve the shortage of center construction capital,to facilitate the development of convention and exhibition industry.更多还原
