基于ARM7的蓄电池容量测试仪的设计与实现

【摘要】 嵌入式系统的核心是嵌入式处理器和嵌入式操作系统。以ARM为代表的32位RSIC嵌入式处理器和开放源代码的嵌入式操作系统uClinux,已成为应用研究的热点。ARM处理器是一种高性能的微处理器,并且具有低功耗和成本优势。因此,基于ARM+uCinux设计的系统,在体积、成本、功耗、功能等方面具有综合的优势。本课题即基于ARM+uCinux平台设计并实现一套蓄电池容量测试仪,主要研究内容分成以下几个部分:1.设计测试仪的硬件系统。采用模块化的设计思路,以ARM处理器S3C4480为核心的最小系统为基础,搭建了一个安全性高,性能稳定的硬件系统。2.设计测试仪的软件系统。根据设计的硬件系统,合理裁剪uClinux操作系统,并设计,修改了相关的驱动程序,如串口驱动程序,LCD驱动程序,打印机驱动程序,测试仪数字控制处理模块的驱动程序等。3.设计了多进程的测试仪的应用程序,力求性能稳定,操作简便、人机界面友好。样机实现了蓄电池容量测试的基本功能,经过试验运行稳定可靠。通过本课题,加深了对嵌入式系统的应用的理解,积累了嵌入式系统的应用的工程经验。论文的研究成果可作为嵌入式系统开发应用参考设计。

【Abstract】 The core of embedded system include embedded processor and embedded operate system. ARM, a represention of 32-bit embedded RISC microprocessors, and uClinux,which is open source,and has complete operate system functions, are becoming popular in several application fields. ARM processors have a high performance together with low power consumption and system cost. And uClinux can run at low cost hardware resources. Then, the system designed with ARM+uClinux has advantages at size, cost, power consumption and functions.The subject is to design and realize a accumulator test instrument based on ARM+uClinux. The main content of the research is as following:1. Designed hardware of the accumulator test instrument. Designed and realized a kind of test instrument hardware structure based on ARM processor S3C44B0X, to realize basic functions of testing the accumulator’s capacity, and to make it reliable.2. Designed the software of the accumulator test instrument. According to the hardware, modify the uClinux’s source code and built it to realize the software environment. Designed uClinux driver for hardware is also vital to the accumulator test instrument’s functions. The drivers includes serial port driver, LCD driver, printer driver,the data processing and control driver.3. Designed and realized the application of the accumulator test instrument. The application should be standable and have a friendly human machine interfaceThe results of experiments show that the system is reliable and stable. The result of this dissertation can be a reference to the developpment and application of embeddedsystem.
