低压PLC信道特性研究及基于DSP的调制解调系统硬件设计

【摘要】 PLC技术是一项以电力线作为传输媒介,利用载波方式来实现数据传递和信息交换的技术,可分为高压PLC、中压PLC和低压PLC技术。本课题所研究内容属低压PLC技术范畴。本研究工作内容重点包括两部分。第一、低压PLC信道特性研究。参考了大量低压PLC信道特性研究论文,总结设计了一套信道特性实验研究方案,对低压PLC信道特性进行了全面的实验研究,分析了其阻抗特性、衰减特性和噪声特性以及不同负载对信道特性的影响。在此基础上,深入研究了负载接入距离和负载接入位置对信号衰减特性的影响。总结了负载接入距离和接入位置对信号衰减影响的规律。第二、讨论了现有低压PLC调制解调技术特点,重点分析了它们在低压PLC应用中的缺陷,设计了一种基于新型调制解调算法的低压PLC调制解调系统。具体研究工作内容主要包括:分析了系统各模块的设计要求,研制了各模块电路,集成开发了整体硬件实验系统;为测试系统性能,开发了基于易语言的上位机程序。本设计核心处理器采用高性能的DSP器件——TMS320F2812,使系统具有运算速度快、处理功能强、控制精度高、软件升级简单、通信接口简便等特点。
【Abstract】 PLC (Power Line Communication) is a technology that based on the existing electric power network to transmit data and exchange information, including H-PLC(High-voltage Power Line Communication), M-PLC(Medium-voltage Power Line Communication) and L-PLC(Low-voltage Power Line Communication). The content of the paper researched belongs to L-PLC, and which is composed of two parts.The first is the analysis of L-PLC channel characteristics. In this part, the L-PLC channel characteristics are investigated experimentally, and the impedance, noise and attenuation characteristic of L-PLC channel are summarized. Furthermore, the affection of the electric power loads on the channel characteristics are analyzed while the focusing point are put on the type of loads, access distance of load and access position of load.In the second part, the technology of L-PLC modulation and demodulation is studied, the advantages and disadvantages of the technology are analyzed, and the L-PLC system based on a new modulation and demodulation algorithm is designed. The main contents of this part include:studying for each module of the system, designing of the module circuit and integrated researching of the hardware experiment system. At last, in order to testing the system performance, the upper computer software is developed. The system has peculiarities such as great speed of calculation, high precision of control, easily upgrading for the software, simple communication interface and so on, and which is because the high performance DSP(TMS320F2812) is used for the MCU.
