【摘要】 我国大众体育事业的蓬勃开展,需要大众体育志愿者积极参与,提供志愿服务。为了保证志愿者持续不断的服务热情,应当对其不断加以激励。论文采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过理论研究与材料检索,并采取实地访谈与问卷调查,对大众体育志愿者提供志愿服务进行分析。论文目的在于探讨促使他们提供志愿服务的需要因素,同时了解对其志愿服务活动产生不利影响的负面因素,以期能够采取相应措施,对大众体育志愿者提供长久服务产生不断的激励作用。在大众体育志愿者产生激励的过程中,需要作为产生行为动机的起点,发挥着较为关键的作用,需要能否获得满足,是激励志愿者的重要动力。通过对福州市大众体育志愿者进行的调查与分析,总结出大众体育志愿者从事体育志愿服务的需要,可以归纳为健身需要、心理需要、精神需要以及价值需要。在激励过程中,只有需要获得满足才能达到激励目的。根据调查,影响大众体育志愿者需要满足的主要因素有:政府不够重视;缺少社会宣传,人们对志愿服务不够了解;缺乏志愿组织及其有效管理;志愿者的基本权益得不到保障;志愿人员数量有限。为了保证需要能够顺利得以满足,论文针对这些不利影响因素提出一些解决措施,主要措施有:加强政府职能;发挥社会作用;完善立法行为;促进组织建设;引导个人行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 To development the mass sports in our country, we need the mass sports volunteer to take part in positively, and provide their voluntary service. In order to guarantee the volunteers’ incessancy service enthusiasm, we need to urge unceasingly. Using the material research method, interview method, questionnaire method, mathematical method and logical analytic method, this thesis analysis the volunteers on providing their voluntary service to the mass sports. The thesis through fundamental theoretical research ,the material retrieval, and adopts on the spot interview as well as questionnaire survey, to research the volunteers who provide the voluntary service in the mass sports. This thesis’ goal lies in the discussion of the demand factor which urges them to provide the voluntary service. Simultaneously to find the negative factor in their voluntary service activities, so that we can take corresponding measures by the time for the volunteer who have the unceasing impetus to provide long-time service in the mass sports.In the incentive process of mass sports volunteer, need, as the beginning of behavior, is playing an essential role. Whether need can be satisfied is the important power to urge volunteers. Through the investigation and analysis of mass sports volunteer in Fuzhou city, we summarize that the need of mass sports volunteer to be engaged in the sports volunteer service, may be induced into the fitness need, the psychological need, the spiritual needs as well as the value need.In the process of incentives, only the needs to be obtained satisfaction can serve the drive purpose, according to the investigation, affects the mass sports volunteer to meet the needs which primary factor to have.
