石油管道工程进度计划管理系统研究

【摘要】 石油管道工程进度计划管理系统是用于石油管道工程建设阶段进度计划管理的信息系统。绪论中首先介绍了近年来我国石油管道工业大发展需求背景,与历年应用的管道工程建设进度管理软件或系统之间存在的专业性、体制、要求和价格等方面的问题和矛盾,并进一步阐述了目前中石油管道工程EPC建设体制对进度管理系统新的需求,带来了对新中大项目管理系统的二次开发要求,开发出适合需求的石油管道进度管理系统。在正文中叙述了石油管道工程管理系统建设过程所运用的系统工程的方法论,和信息系统的可研、规划、分析、设计、开发、测试、安装调试、试运行、运行维护和更新等不同阶段运用的系统方法。进一步详细阐述了石油管道工程建设的现状、存在问题和对进度管理系统的需求,针对这些问题和需求,对新中大项目管理软件进行了可行性研究分析,说明了新中大项目管理软件在任务管理、资源管理、项目群管理、计划对比分析等各个方面均可以满足业主对系统功能的需求。根据对新中大进度计划管理系统的可行性分析,设计了满足需求的具体方法,形成系统的初步设计方案。之后介绍了系统整体架构所采用的网络化和B/S结构的解决技术方案,以及该系统所达到的主要进度管理功能、操作界面和流程。本文最后总结了新中大石油管道工程进度管理系统取得的成果,应用的实际效果和在认识、技术、应用等方面存在的问题,强调今后系统应在资源和计划统筹协调、简化操作步骤、增加输出形式,实现信息标准化管理和更深入应用。
【Abstract】 Petroleum pipeline project process plan management system is an information system used for petroleum pipeline project construction stage process plan management. In the introduction part, it first introduces the requirement background of our nation recent years’ petroleum pipeline industrious development and the problem of specialization, system, requirement and price exist in the adapted pipeline project construction process management software or system. Moreover, it elaborates the new process management system required by China petroleum pipeline project EPC construction system; it also brings the second times develop requirement of Newgrand project management system. The body part explains the system project methodology applied in the petroleum pipeline project management system construction process, also shows the study possibility, plan, analysis, design, development, test, install and debugging, pre-operation, operation maintain of information and the system method used in different stage. Furthermore, it elaborates the current situation and requirement of petroleum pipeline project construction process management. Based on these problems and requirements, an feasibility study and analysis has been done to Newgrand project management software; it also elaborates that Newgrand project management software can meet the owners’ system function requirements in the respects of task management, resources management, project group management, plan comparison analysis etc. According to the feasibility analysis of the Newgrand project management system, we figure out the detail methods and from an initial system design plan. In the following part, it introduces the system networking and B/S whole structure solution plan, the main process management function, operation window and flaw of this system is also been introduced. Finally, this thesis summarizes the achievement of Newgrand petroleum pipeline project process management system, the applied actual result and the problems exist in understanding, technology, apply etc; emphasizes that the system should be coordinate with resources and plan, the operation procedure should be simplify, output form should be added, the realizing of information standardize and wider applied range of the system.
