基于PC总线的电动轮汽车快速加油系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 江西铜业集团公司是中国有色金属行业集铜采、选、冶、加于一体的特大型联合企业。研制一种针对矿山电动轮汽车的高效加油系统就变得尤为重要。目前矿山仍采用普通的加油机对电动轮汽车进行油料补给。由于给电动轮汽车保养的油液黏度较高,到了冬季,加油泵的负荷大,加油机的计量装置容易损坏,导致严重影响电动轮汽车的保养效率。为了提高富家坞矿区电动轮汽车的加油效率和管理效能,适应其电动轮汽车油料补给的需要,本文研制开发了一套基于PC总线的电动轮汽车智能化加油系统。本加油系统采用基于PC总线的计算机控制,配合PCI-1713采集卡采集外部的加油量数据,PCI-1724控制卡控制管道电动球阀的开启和关闭,变频调速供油系统控制管道油压的恒定。用硬件和软件实现了电动轮汽车的智能化加油和油料的计算机有效管理。本文首先分析了矿山原有电动轮汽车的加油情况,进而提出了全新的电动轮汽车智能化加油方案;然后对加油系统的工作原理和各组成部分的空间布局设计进行了详细的介绍;接着对整套加油系统的实现进行软件设计和程序编制以及相关的电气控制;文章最后对整个电动轮加油系统进行总结,并提出了需要继续完善的问题和今后研究展望。整套系统的开发设计以工程流体力学理论和自动控制理论为基础,通过在实验室和加油现场反复的实验、调试、改进到完善,最终成功地研制了电动轮汽车智能化加油系统,现已在德兴铜矿投产使用。

【Abstract】 Jiangxi Copper Corporation is an extra-large integrated enterprise in China’s non-ferrous metals industry and the Corporation covers copper mining, milling, smelting and processing operations. It becomes important that a kind of high efficient refueling system for the electric-wheel truck is developed. At present, the mining company had still using ordinary refuelling machine to supply oil for the electric-wheel truck. Because the viscosity of the oil is relatively higher, so the burden of oil pump is heavy and the measuring device of the refueling machine is easy to damage in winter, it seriously influences the maintenance efficiency of the electric-wheel truck. The paper researches and develops a kind of intelligent refueling system of the electric-wheel truck based on PC bus to improve the refueling and management efficiency of the electric-wheel truck of Fujiawu Pit in order to meet the refueling of the electric-wheel truck. This refueling system controls by computer based on PC bus and combines with the PCI-1713 card for collecting the outer data and the PCI-1724 card for controlling open & close of the electrical ball valve and the variable frequency speed-regulating system for controlling the stability of the oil pressure in pipeline.It realizes intelligent refueling of the electric-wheel truck and oil’s computer efficient management utilizing hardware and software.First, this paper analyses the original refueling conditions of the electric wheel truck and put forward an All-new intelligent refueling Scheme. Then, this text has carried on detailed instruction on the operational principle and spatial layout design of all components of the refueling system. Afterwards, the paper expatiates software for the Oil Refuelling System and programme and the design of interrelated electrical control.Finally, the paper summarizes the whole refueling system, and puts forward the follow-up improved problems and research prospects in the future.The development & design of the whole system is based on the design theory of project hydromechanics and automatic control theory. Eventually, the intelligent refueling control system has successfully been developed through the repeated test, debug, improvement and optimization in the laboratory and on the scene.Now, this system has been put into production efficiently on the mine of Dexing Copper Corporation.
