基于GIS的路面管理系统的研究

【摘要】 随着我国公路建设事业的蓬勃发展,在公路里程初具规模并且不断地创造社会效益的同时,随之而来的公路养护管理问题也将逐渐显现出来。公路路面管理系统作为公路管理有力的辅助工具,它是运用现代管理科学的理论、系统分析的方法和计算机技术手段,为路面工程提供科学的分析工具和方法,以便有效地使用有限资源,做出科学的管理决策,保证路面养护、维修及时到位,为乘客提供具有优质服务水平的路面。本文首先简介了基于GIS的公路路面管理系统在国内外的研究现状及GIS和公路路面管理系统的基础理论;其次对基于GIS的公路路面管理系统进行了总体设计,包括系统需求分析、系统设计原则、系统结构设计、系统功能设计、系统开发平台及开发工具的选择、系统软硬件环境的选择等;然后对基于GIS的公路路面管理系统的数据库进行设计与开发,包括系统属性数据库和空间数据库的设计、属性数据库和空间数据库的关联及VisualBasic对数据库的开发;另外,还对路面使用性能评价方法进行了研究,包括回归理论、灰色系统理论、系统分析方法、BP神经网络、模糊数学等方法对路面使用性能的评价方法;并运用MapInfo软件、MapBasic语言、可视化语言Visual Basic 6.0、MapX控件和Access数据库,较好地完成了GIS在公路路面管理系统中的开发,实现的主要功能有:用户管理、数据管理、图层管理、信息查询、路况评价、图表生成、专题图生成、文档管理等功能。最后,本文得出了一些结论,以及对该系统进一步的研究内容进行了展望。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of highway construction in China, the problem of maintaining pavement is also emerging when the mileage of highway has been in some scale and social benefit is increasingly created. As powerfully as assistant tool for highway management, by Theory of Modern Management Science, system analysis methods, computer calculation technique, pavement management system (PMS) provides scientific analysis tool and method for the road surface project to use the limited resources effectively, make scientific management decision, and to guarantee that the surface maintenance service can put in place in time .so it can provide the road surface of high-quality service level for passengers.This paper has introduced the current research status of Geographic Information System at home and abroad, and has introduced the fundamental knowledge theory of Geographic Information System and Pavement Management System. After the system design of PMS based on GIS is designed, including system demand analysis, system design principle, system structural design, system function design, the choice of the development platform, development kit and the system software and hardware environment. Then the database of PMS based on GIS has been designed and developed, including the design of spatial database and attribute database, the engagement of spatial database and attribute database, the database development by Microsoft Visual Basic. Moreover, this paper has studied some methods of pavement performance integrative evaluation based on theory of grey system, hydraulic system, BP neural network and fuzzy mathematics. By MapInfo software, Map Basic language, Microsoft Visual Basic and MapX, PMS integrated GIS is well realized, including user management, layer management, data management, information inquiry, state of roads appraisal, graph production, special chart production and documents management.At last, the conclusions of pavement management system based on GIS are presented and potential prospects of this system are discussed.
