校园GIS与排课系统设计研究

【摘要】 最近几年,为适应社会发展需要,各高校发展迅猛,给高校的信息管理工作带来很大困难,如数据量增大、数据不统一、历史数据难以完整保存、数据使用效率低等,传统的信息管理模式已不能适应日常管理和高层决策需求。地理信息系统技术、空间数据库技术及GIS集成开发技术为解决上述问题提供了强有力的工具,构建数字校园已是必然趋势。建立校园地理信息系统可以较全面地反映校园地理信息的现状,对校园道路、建筑物等各种空间信息进行有效管理,并与现有的教学与学生管理系统进行有效整合,使校园信息资源得到高效利用,提高管理水平和工作效率。本文主要做了以下几方面的工作:①根据校园的实际需求和数据资料特点,分析并设计了系统的总体结构和功能模块。然后对ArcGISEngine、数据库引擎ArcSDE进行了深入分析和研究,基于面向对象数据模型Geodatabase构建了校园地理数据库,确定了数据的组织结构,采用关系数据库SQL Server和ArcSDE相结合的技术实现了空间数据和属性数据的统一管理。②采用C#十ArcGIS Engine作为前端开发工具,在ArcSDE十SQL Server后台数据服务器的支持下,实现一个具备常用GIS功能并能够脱离ArcGIS而独立运行的高效率的应用程序开发,实现了数据加载、数据编辑、地图浏览、查询检索、距离量算、系统管理功能。③结合学校的实际情况和发展现状,提出了一种基于校园GIS环境的排课系统设计方法,在传统的字符信息中融入空间地理信息,对排课问题中的各种约束条件进行详尽地分析,通过设定科学合理的排课原则和优先级,完成课程的编排,同时实现以校园GIS为基础的可视化的信息管理功能。将GIS引入校园信息管理中,改进了传统的管理模式,将校园空间数据与管理信息数据集成于一体,使系统具有空间数据查询与分析功能,提高了校园信息系统的可用性。
【Abstract】 In recent years, in order to meet the need of social development, the campuses are developing rapidly. It brings large difficulties to the information management of the school, such as dates’rising, the dates are not uniform, the history dates are hard to keeping down integrated, low efficiency of date using. The traditional information management could not adapt the normal management and the decision-making need of managers. The technology of GIS, spatial database and the intergraded develop technology of GIS offered the cogent tools for resolving the questions above mentioned. Building the digital campus is consequential.Building campus GIS can reflect the actuality of campus geography information roundly; can manage the school road, buildings effectively; and it can conform to the teaching and students’MIS, so as to use the campus resources effectively; advance the management level and the work efficiency.The text had done the works as follow:①According to the school’s actual needs and characteristics of data, the paper analyzes and designs the system architecture and function modules. Then with the in-depth analysis and study on ArcGIS Engine and database engine ArcSDE, the paper builds a geographic database of the school based on object-oriented data model Geodatabase, determines the organizational structure of the data, and realizes the unified management of the spatial data and attribute data using SQL Server database and ArcSDE combined technology.②Realized an high efficiency application with normal GIS function which can run disengaging ArcGIS independently, which includes some modules, such as data loading, data editing, map browsing, enquiring and searching, distance measuring and system management, using C# and ArcGIS Engine as development tools, and with the support of data server that is composed of ArcSDE and SQL Server.③According to the actual situation and development status of the campus,the paper puts forward a design method of the course arranging system based on campus GIS environment. It has integrated the spatial geographic information into the traditional character information,and set up some scientific and rational principles and priorities by the analysis of various constraint conditions about the course schedule arranging problem in detail. Then,it can finish the course schedule arrangement,and realize the visualization of the information management based on topographic map of the campus at the same time.Imported the GIS to the campus management, it advanced the traditional management mode. The system gathered the campus’spatial data and existing MIS together, provided with the functions of query and analyze spatial data, improved the usability of the campus information system.
