【摘要】 一种新的设计理念往往是由所处的社会文化背景决定的。随着现代社会的高速发展,人类需求的日益增加,在经历了一次次演变后的社会文化逐渐步入了关注平民大众,关注“民生”的时期。正所谓“一国之计在于民生”,随着社会文化的变革,设计内涵由追求奢侈华丽、彰显皇家气派,而转向为健康、为安全、为自信、为高品质生活而设计,使设计能够“以人为本,服务民生”。当我们经历了汶川地震之后,我们才真正体会出其中包含的“民生”意义。本文应现代安全救援产品发展的要求立足于“民生设计”的理念对救援担架的设计进行了分析与综合,以社会学、设计学、灾害救援医学等理论为指导,从我国的安全救援及其产品发展着手,对以“民生”为主题的救援担架设计进行了初步的探讨。主要是从我国安全救援及其产品的现状、安全救援产品与民生的关系、救援担架的种类及其发展、救援担架改良设计四个方面展开论述:首先,通过对汶川地震安全救援的调查中,分析出我国在救援装备研发、物资配置系统、避险自救用品产销、群众消费观念等四大方面存在的问题及差距,以此提出我国应以产业化模式大力发展应急救援体系。在分析了安全救援产品的种类及其在我国安全救援活动中的使用情况,总结出我国在安全救援产品的研发、生产、销售以及民众的防灾意识、普及使用方面存在的问题。其次,“民生设计”理念是为了提示一种对待设计、思索设计问题的角度,从“民生”的角度来探寻,我们在设计方面应该如何作为。通过对汶川地震中应急救援的分析,总结出我国在安全救援、救援产品中的问题与差距,以及在未来安全救援产品设计中的民生思考。再次,从救援担架的现状着手,分析了国内外救援担架的起源、种类、使用特点以及发展趋势。最后,通过对我国救援担架的功能、结构、材料的分析,总结出我国在救援担架研发方面存在的问题。结合这些问题以及在汶川地震中所出现的医学病理特征,对救援担架进行了改良设计,并阐述了其中包含的民生设计意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new design concept is often decided by its social and cultural background. With the rapid development of modern society, human beings’need is increasing day by day, the social culture got into the period of concerning the civilian population and the "people’s livelihood" after has experienced several times of evolution. Just as the so-called " Idea of the country lies in the people’s livelihood ", with the socio-cultural changes, the connotation of design shifted for the health, safety, and confidence for the high quality of life from for pursuing luxuriously magnificent, showing imperial family style, which made the design be "people-oriented, services to people’s livelihood". When we have experienced the Wenchuan earthquake, we really appreciate the significance of "people’s livelihood". This article was at the request of development of modern safe rescuing product, based on concept of "the people’s livelihood design", analysied and synthesised the design of the rescue stretcher, took theories of sociology, design, disaster rescue medicine as a guide, preliminary discussed the design of rescue stretcher which take“livelihood" as the topic. It expounded mainly from such four aspects as the status of the security rescue and its products of our country, the relationship between people’s livelihood and security rescue products, the types and development of rescue stretcher, improve design of rescue stretcher:First of all, through surveying security rescue in the Wenchuan earthquake, analysised problems and gaps exitst in such four major areas as China’s R & D in the rescue equipment, deploy system of material, producing and marketing of hedge self-supplies product, the concept of mass consumption, proposed that our country should develop emergency rescue system in industry model. After analyzed the type of security rescue products and its application in our country’s security rescue activities, summed up the existing problems in such aspects in oue country as the R & D, production, marketing and public awareness of disaster prevention, popularizing the use.Secondly, the "people’s livelihood design" concept is to prompt an angle of treating design, thinking about the design problem, and probe into what we should do in terms of design from the "people’s livelihood" angle. Through analysising emergency rescue in Wenchuan earthquake, summarized problems and gap in our country in security rescue and rescue products, as well people’s livelihood think of design of security rescue product in the future.Once again, from the status of rescue stretcher, analysised the origin, types, use characteristics and trends of domestic and foreign rescue stretcher.Finally, through analysising the function, structure, materials of China’s rescue stretcher, summed up problems in R & D of China’s rescue stretcher. Combined these problems as well as pathological features of the medical occurred in the Wenchuan earthquake, improved design for the rescue stretcher, and described the meaning included in design of the people’s livelihood.更多还原
