VoIP媒体接入网关中ISDN业务的设计与实现

【摘要】 下一代网络是可以提供包括语音、数据和多媒体等各种业务的综合开放的网络。它承载于分组交换网络,将业务与呼叫控制分离,呼叫与承载分离,使业务真正独立于网络。它是目前以电路交换为基础的电信网络的最终演进方向。VoIP媒体接入网关是下一代网络的边缘接入设备,通过H.248协议在软交换的控制下完成控制信令的解析和语音媒体的处理。目前的VoIP媒体接入网关设备只实现了传统电路交换网络的POTS电话功能,也就是PSTN业务,而无法提供ISDN业务。ISDN即综合业务数字网络,在现有的交换机和基于V5接口的接入网设备上提供了大量的ISDN用户,很多商业用户和PBX还在使用ISDN接口,在下一代网络中实现ISDN业务势在必行。本文在介绍了下一代网络和VoIP媒体接入网关的体系结构及相关控制协议后,研究了下一代网络在VoIP媒体接入网关中实现ISDN业务使用的信令传输协议(SIGTRAN),提出了分组ISDN业务实现模型,在此基础上进行了系统的分析和设计,并实现了预期的功能。

【Abstract】 Next Generation Network (NGN) is the integrated and opening network which can provide multiplex services including voice, data and multimedia. It is based upon Grouping Exchange Network. It aparts service from call controlling and separate call from basic. It separated service from network in deed. NGN is the final developing direction of Telecom Network based on Circuit Exchange Network today. Voice over IP (VoIP) Media Access Gateway is the edge access equipment of NGN. Media Access Gateway analyzes the signal and processes voice media by Softswitch using H.248 protocol. At present, Media Access Gateway merely realizes the function of POTS telephone, PSTN service. It can not supply ISDN service. ISDN is Integrate Service Digital Network. There are many ISDN users in current switch and access network equipment. Many business users and PBX are using ISDN interface today. It is necessary to realize ISDN service in NGN. This paper introduce the system of NGN and VoIP Media Access Gateway describe the referring protocol,research the Signal Transport Protocol (SIGTRAN) which is very import to realize the ISDN service in NGN,advance the module of Grouping Exchange ISDN service,research and design the whole system,realize the function finally.
