延边地区水田稻稗抗二氯喹啉酸特征的研究

【摘要】 二氯喹啉酸(Quinclorac)是一种选择性喹啉羧酸类除草剂,主要用来防除稻田禾本科杂草,尤其对稗草有极高活性。随着近十几年的广泛使用,国内许多地区已发现抗二氯喹啉酸稗草突变型。本研究采用琼脂加除草剂法对延边地区龙井等7处稻田稻稗进行了二氯喹啉酸抗药性水平鉴定。试验结果表明,2处稗草为敏感型,而5处为抗药突变型。其中,一处为高度抗药性,抗药性系数达到4.3。苄嘧磺隆对抗二氯喹啉酸稗草突变型与敏感型表现相似毒性反应,ID50分别为:93.3和68.7,抗性系数为1.4。说明抗二氯喹啉酸稗草突变型对磺酰脲类除草剂没产生明显的交叉抗药性。采用种子鉴定法鉴定稻稗种子抗二氯喹啉酸突变型与敏感型,实际稻田采用生长期鉴定法可简便、快速、有效地鉴别二氯喹啉酸稻稗抗、感不同生态型。稻田常用的除稗除草剂中,禾大壮、丁草胺、扫氟特和千金对抗二氯喹啉酸突变型表现出比较高的毒性反应。

【Abstract】 Quinclorac belongs to a generation of highly selective herbicide of the quinilinecarboxylic acid type. The herbicide have been introduced in rice cultivation systems to control grass weeds, particularly with the majorweed in rice the barnyardgrass. With more ten years, many areas have discovered that barnyardgrass is resistant to quinclorac in china. The resistant levels of 7 populations water barnyardgrass of paddy in Yanbian area to quinclorac were determined with agar and herbicide method. The results Exhibited 2 populations of barnyardgrass were susceptible to quinclorac, while 5 populations were resistant with 1 population among them was highly resistant to quinclorac, and resistant coefficient is up to 4. 3. Bensulfuron methyl was similar to toxic reaction For resistant and susceptible barnyardgrass to quinclorac, the ID50 of resistant and susceptible barnyardgrass to Bensulfuron is 93. 3 and 68. 7, while resistant coefficient is 1.4. Barnyardgrass is resistant to quinclorac has no obvious cross resistance to sulfonylurea. Seeds of water barnyardgrass were identified for resistant and susceptible barnyardgrass biotypes to quinclorac by seeds identification method, while with the method of identification of growth period in practical paddy for detecting resistant and susceptible water barnyardgrass biotypes to quinclorac, which have simple, rapid and real characteristics. Among of commonly used herbicide of control barnyardgrass in paddy, Molinate, Butachlor, Pretilachlor and Cyhalofop-butyl showed higher toxic reaction for barnyardgrass is resistant to quinclorac.
