基于因子分析的自然资源类旅游景区旅客满意度实证研究

【摘要】 本文拟通过对长白山景区游客满意度调查研究,利用SPSS统计软件,寻找影响长白山这一自然资源类旅游景区游客满意度的显著因子,最终将影响因子归纳为景区的管理服务水平、景区的硬件条件、景区的品牌价值、景区的价格因素、景区营造的环境氛围、景区旅游纪念品开发和景区的自然属性七个因素,获得了长白山游客满意度的综合评价模型,并通过实证分析,探索景区存在的薄弱环节以明确急需改进的方向和领域,就如何提高长白山景区的综合竞争力、加强景区管理提出自己的意见和建议。
【Abstract】 In this paper, through the scenic spot tourist satisfaction research of the changbai Mountain, with the use of SPSS statistical software to find out the significant factor of which impact tourist satisfaction on the type of natural resources tourist attractions like Changbai Mountain .Ultimately make the affect factors summarized in seven: The management of service level scenic areas, scenic areas of hardware conditions, the brand value of scenic areas, scenic areas of the price factor , the environment to create a scenic atmosphere, development of scenic tourism souvenir , scenic natural attributes . And get the tourist satisfaction assessment model of Changbai Mountain.Through empirical analysis to explore the weak links of the scenic spot , and Make recommendations in how to improve the competitiveness of our scenic spots, strengthen the management of scenic views and recommendations .
