【摘要】 伴随农民工数量的快速增长,农民工群体步入代际转换的重要时期,新生代农民逐渐成为农民工的主力军和生力军。新生代农民工出生于上世纪80年代中后期,从小在农村长大,90年代中后期来到城市,是具有农村户口在城市务工的劳动者。他们不同于第一代农民工,他们有着执着的城市梦想和现代意识,但由于种种限制和制度性障碍,他们很难真正融入和适应城市生活。退回农村,他们做不了合格的农民;扎根城市,他们很难逾越横亘着的制度和文化藩篱。关注新生代农民工,加强对其城市适应状况研究,有助于加强对新生代农民工的了解,提升他们融入城市的能力。在金融危机严重影响实体经济的当下,我们更要关注返乡潮中新生代农民工的生存状况。本文以社会学的研究视角,以社会排斥理论审视新生代农民工的城市适应问题,以经济生活适应、社会生活适应和心理适应三个维度考量新生代农民工城市适应的现状与障碍,并以此为基点,通过对福建省的实证调查,厘析其深层的社会排斥与社会融合问题。从制度建设、组织建设、素质提升等方面,提出促进新生代农民工城市适应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the number of peasant workers growing rapidly , it is time that peasant-workers step into inter-generational transition period,the new generation of peasant migrant workers gradually become the main force . The New generation of migrant workers were born in the last century in the late 80s,who lived in rural areas from an early age,in the late 90’s ,they come to town and work in city but still a farmer .they are Different from the first generation of them ,they have a persistent dream of the city and the modern consciousness.but because of various constraints and institutional barriers, it is difficult for them to integrate into city life and adapt to it. Returned to rural areas, they are not qualified to work as a peasant.town roots is so deep and it is very difficult for them to clear up the boundaries of the system and culture. Concerned about the new generation of migrant workers,To concern the new generation of migrant workers and strengthen . Helping to bring about adapting to the state of city conditions, penetrating further into peasant-farmers for understanding. Affected by the financial crisis ,To treat with courteous attention.A study of the sociology of perspectivess is reported,they can not adjust themself to city life from theories of social exclusionin about the problems of the new generation of migrant workers. To adapt to economic life, social life and psychological adaptation in three dimensions.considering obstacles and the status of the new generation of migrant . by investigation of the Fujian Province.
