【摘要】 现代信息技术,特别是计算机网络技术的发展和运用,促进了人类经济社会活动的网络化发展。社会生产力的发展要求相应的组织结构产生新的变化。虚拟价值链作为信息时代下出现的价值创造新模式,通过对信息价值的挖掘与创造,为市场带来新的合作领域,拓展了市场发展空间。本文以经济学分工理论与新制度经济学交易费用理论为基础,首先阐述了虚拟价值链的形成原因:信息技术细化分工,引起从事信息领域的生产企业以及相应的生产方式的出现;信息技术同时依托虚拟价值链生产方式对资源进行重新优化配置,减少市场交易费用,促使企业将内部化的生产要素外部化到市场中。之后,本文阐述了虚拟价值链组建的分析框架,从宏观上分析了虚拟价值链的组建机制:核心竞争力识别机制、合作伙伴选择机制以及企业行为监督机制。基于对虚拟价值链及其组建机制的认识,笔者建议政府从基础设施、市场引导等方面培育虚拟价值链的发展环境,在市场上建立相应的监督与记录的数据库,规范虚拟价值链模式;企业则要做好虚拟价值链的合作准备,转变观念,积极参与,建立良好的信用,占领信息领域新兴市场。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern information technology, especially the development and application of the computer network technology ,has promoted the network advancement in economic society. New changes in organizational structure will requested to meet the new requirements of social productive forces. As one of the new value creation patterns in the information age, virtual value chain will discover and create information value, bring the new areas of cooperation to the market, and expand the market development space.In this paper ,base on the economic Labor theory and the transaction cost theory of new institutional economics, it firstly elaborate the forming reason of the virtual value chain: New manufacturer and mode of production has emerged in information area because of the division of labor’s reconstruction as a result of Information technology; On the other hand ,thanks to the information technology which reduce the transaction costs ,virtual value chain will optimize the configuration of resources and facilitate the internalization of factors of production externalize to the market. Secondly, base on the analysis framework of virtual value chain, it analyze the formation mechanism of virtual value chain macroscopically ,including the recognition mechanism of core competitiveness, selection mechanism of partner and supervision mechanism of enterprise behavior. Base on the formation mechanism of virtual value chain, it is suggested that governments should cultivate development environment of virtual value chain in the aspects of infrastructure and market guiding, and establish database with corresponding supervision and record to standardize the mode of virtual value chain. Finally, the enterprise should ready to cooperate in the virtual value chain. Changing the idea, participating in cooperation and establishing good credit actively to occupy information field of emerging markets.更多还原
