云南生态旅游发展战略研究

【摘要】 资源是一切产业发展的基础和条件,资源决定了产业发展的方向与后劲。旅游业地发展也不例外,旅游资源的重要组成部分是以自然风光为主的自然资源和以人文文化为主的人文资源,它们是旅游业发展的基础与动力。对环境与资源依赖较大的旅游业来说,旅游市场竞争日益激烈,信息变化加快,旅游的创新与发展越来越重要;同时,随着科技进步,人类环境保护意识水平地提高,人们认识到盲目地旅游开发给环境带来了很大的压力与威胁。挖掘潜力,充分发挥自身优势,找到一条环境友好的、可持续发展的道路成为了今天旅游业发展的一个重要主题。本文主要通过对国内、外旅游环境、趋势和生态旅游发展情况地阐述,以及对云南旅游资源情况地分析,说明在未来的旅游发展中,云南省应把握机遇,充分发挥自身旅游资源优势,开辟生态旅游可持续发展道路,把云南建设成为中国的生态旅游强省。文章还进一步从云南发展生态旅游的优势、劣势等方面分析,建议云南生态旅游发展应走战略差异化路线,并提出一些措施与建议。
【Abstract】 Resources are the basis and conditions for the development of all industries. Resources determine the direction of industrial development and potential. Development of the tourism industry is no exception. The important parts of the tourism resources are the original ecological natural resources and human culture based human resources, which are the foundation and motivation for the development of tourism industry.For the tourism industry, which relies on the environment and resources, the tourism market becomes more competitive, the information changes rapidly, the innovation and the development of tourism industry become more and more important. At the same time, with the progress of science and technology, and the improvement awareness of environmental protection, people realize that the blind exploitation of tourism has led to great pressure and threats on the environment. Today, it has become an important issue to find an environment-friendly and sustainable development road for tourism industry.Through research on the domestic and international tourism environment and analysis on the tourism resources in Yunnan province, this thesis suggests that ecotourism is the trends on the future tourism development, and Yunnan should grasp the opportunities to fully exploit its own advantages, to initiate the sustainable development of ecotourism industry. The thesis further analyses the advantages and disadvantages of Yunnan ecotourism industry, proposes that Yunnan province should follow the differentiation-strategy and some suggestions are given.
