【摘要】 在已经到来的互联网和电子商务新时代,人们从关注交易本身转向关注商务全过程。而选择一个坚实、可靠、可持续发展的电子商务平台是企业电子商务成败的基础技术保障。因此为大、中、小型企业而设计的电子商务平台正符合企业的迫切需要。行业电子商务平台依托行业内的众多企业,利用行业的综合优势,为行业内的企业提供电子商务操作平台,提供企业电子商务解决方案。而我国各行业的广大企业在B2B应用过程中,暴露出从企业自建网站的第一代网络营销方式,到拥有庞大数据量的综合性第二代电子商务网站的诸多问题。所以在时代的背景和需求下,建造以行业细分、资源整合和增值服务为主要特征的第三代行业电子商务应运而生。网络通信行业网的建设对于提升我国网络通信业企业的整体竞争能力,降低网络通信行业的经营成本,促进本行业的信息化水平,具有现实的研究意义。本课题分析了我国网络通信行业的产业特点以及网络通信电子商务平台建设的可行性和必要性,探讨了国内外有关网络通信行业信息网发展情况、存在的问题以及未来发展方向,建立了网络通信行业电子商务平台系统。系统采用SQL Server作为数据库系统、采用ASP语言作为程序开发语言、采用Dreamweaver作为Web网页的设计工具。实现系统的设计和开发:采用三层B/S(浏览器/服务器)服务体系结构来实现系统的运行。系统的设计利用了面向对象的设计方法,使用ASP的各类对象和网页的各类元素来实现系统功能,系统的功能由前台系统和后台系统两个部分组成。各个子系统都具有数据添加、数据修改、数据查询、数据删除功能。全文从企业对电子商务平台的需求入手,对电子商务和电子商务平台的基本概念进行了详细的介绍,并对构建企业电子商务平台的相关技术进行了详细的分析。指出电子商务平台的设计原理和方法,对平台的组成结构提出了自己的观念和看法。在此基础上根据不同规模企业的需求情况和电子商务平台的应用目的,通过将平台组成部分的性能、实用条件和性价比进行比较,以硬件技术、软件技术、数据库技术和中间件技术为核心,设计出适合大、中、小型企业的行业电子商务平台系统框架,并对在平台建设实施中可能遇到的问题进行分析,提出了一些解决的办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era of internet and e-commerce that has been already coming, people have transferred their attention form the trade itself to the whole course of commercial affair. It is the basic technological guarantee for the success or failure of the enterprise’s e-commerce to choose an e-commerce platform of sold, reliable, sustainable development. It is an urgent need for the large, smal1 and medium enterprises to design e-commerce platform.The Industry electronic commerce platform relies on numerous industries’enterprises, making use of the comprehensive advantage of Industry, providing the electronic commerce platform for the business enterprise in the Industry, providing the solution of the electronic commerce. But in the B2B the application process, the large business enterprise of our country expose many problems from setting up a first generation marketing website to next generation electronic commerce of the website that have a huge and comprehensive data. So under the background and need of ages, with the industry subdivide, the resources integrate and increase in value a service for main characteristic of the third generation industry electronic commerce was constructed.The construction of the Electronic Commerce Platform of Network Communication Industry is of great significance in promoting the overall competence of the Network Communication Industry enterprise in our country, reducing the operation costs as well as improving the level of information of the industry.Have analyzed feasibility and necessity of the industry characteristics of the Network Communication Industry of our country and network construction of trade information of the Network Communication Industry in this subject; Have analyzed the domestic and international relevant network development of trade information, the question existing and future thrust of Network Communication Industry; Have set up the network service system of information of the Network Communication Industry.The system adopt SQL Server as database system, adopt ASP language as procedure making language, adopt Dreamweaver as Webpage design tool to design and development of the implementation system. It adopt three layers B/S(browser/server)function of implementation system service structure.Systematic design utilize design method of OOD, use the all kinds of element of webpage and the all kinds of property of ASP come implementation system function, The systematic function is formed by the foreground system and the background system. System have the function of data add, data revise, data inquiry and delete.The full text starts with the demand for e-commerce platform of enterprises. It gives us a derailed introduction about the basic conception of e-commerce and e-commerce platform, and has carried on detailed ana1ysis to the relevant technology which structured the e-commerce platform of enterprises. Point out the design principle and method of e-commerce platform, has put forward one’s own idea and view to the composition structure of the platform. According to the demand situations of different scale enterprises and application purpose of e-commerce platform on this basis, through comparing the performance, practical condition and cost performance of the component of the platform, the e-commerce platform which is separate by suitable for the 1arge, small and medium enterprise. It is designed with the hardware technology, software engineering, database technology as the foca1 point.
