【摘要】 能源是经济发展的原动力,对经济社会的全面、健康发展和人民生活水平的提高发挥着十分重要的促进与保障作用。19世纪70年代以来,世界各国对能源的消费需求日益旺盛,为了满足不断增长的能源需求,各国因势利导,及时调整能源战略,不断创新能源开发、运行机制,出现了提倡能源安全、开发新能源和可再生能源、节约能源和能源产业可持续发展等新的发展趋势。陕北地区具有十分丰富的煤炭、石油、天然气,岩盐等矿产资源,是我国“西电东送”、“西气东输”、“西煤东运”的重要供给地,该地区能源产业能否实现健康、可持续发展将直接影响到陕北、陕西乃至全国经济社会的健康快速发展。本文以陕北地区的能源经济发展状况为研究对象,在可持续发展理论综述的基础上,对陕北地区能源经济发展的现状、存在的问题进行了详细的论述和分析,结合陕北地区的实际和先进的理论、方法,提出了相应的对策建议。通过对陕北地区能源经济现状的研究,旨在分析原因,找出问题,提出能源经济可持续发展的对策建议,以期望在陕北地区的可持续发展研究方面有新的创新和突破。更多还原

【Abstract】 Energy sources is the motivity of exonomic development, it makes very importantrole in promoting the comprehensive ,healthy development of economy andsociety ,and the improvement in people’s living level. Since 1970’s,the demand forenergy sources has been blooming in all over the world.To satisgy the demand,allcountries hace adjusted the strategy of energy sources in time ,and innovated exploitativemechanism of energy sources. At the same time,the new trend of advocating energysources safe, esploting new and reproducible energy sources, economizing energysources, sustainable development of energy sources industye is appeared in theworld. The north of Shannxi province is abundance in coal ,oil ,naturalgas ,rock salt and so on ,it’s the main region of supplying electricity ,natural gas,and coal for the east of China ,and whether the energy sources industry in this regioncan be developed healthily is in relation to the development of the economy and societyin local ,Shannxi province, even our countrydirectly.This paper northern Shaanxi region’s energy for the economic development of theresearch object, in the theory of sustainable development on the basis of energy in NorthShaanxi Province on the status of economic development, the problems are discussed indetail and analysis, the combination of northern Shaanxi practical and advanced the theory,methods, the corresponding countermeasures .
