【摘要】 随着南昌市经济的不断发展和社区体育俱乐部的不断增加,社区体育俱乐部逐渐显现出其自身发展的优势。也和其他行业的新兴组织一样,在发展中出现了管理、制度、自身定位、服务质量、收益等问题。社区体育俱乐部属于社会公益性事业,不以营利为目的,在有关社会公益事业运行的法律政策规定范围内进行其经营活动,活动采取自愿性和大众性的原则,又是通过市场化运作,自负盈亏的经营性体育组织。其各方面的发展还相当不完善,存在诸多问题。因此本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对南昌市社区体育俱乐部内外部环境深入调查,以南昌市15家社区体育俱乐部场地设施、服务项目、俱乐部会员、俱乐部教练员、俱乐部管理者等的调查结果为依据,分析其目前的经营状况,发现影响南昌市社区体育俱乐部发展的因素,提出相应的对策。在对目前南昌市社区体育俱乐部经营状况调查分析的基础上,提出以下建议,以期对南昌市社区体育俱乐部的发展提供参考。1、成立专门管理机构,实行社区体育俱乐部的归口管理2、建立健全体育俱乐部经营准入制度3、确立合法的地位、建立高效的管理模式和长效的运行机制4、量身服务群体提供多样化的健身服务项目5、制定健身教练员的职业资格标准不断提高健身指导能力6、引进先进管理经验加强宣传提高服务质量更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy in Nan Chang and increase of community sports clubs, Community Sports Club in Nan Chang gradually shows its own characteristics. Nan Chang community sports clubs, like other new industries, has its developing management system, its location, quality of service, income and so on. Community Sports Club is a kind of non-profit social welfare which runs its business according to legal policies of social public undertakings and its principle is voluntary general. It bears the sole responsibility of profit and loss through market-oriented operation. However, its development is still quite imperfect, and there are many problems in all aspects.Therefore this paper intends to investigate internal and external environment of Community Sports Club in Nan Chang through some scientific methods such as literature consultation and questionnaire method. According to investigate facilities, services, club members, club coaches, club managers, etc in 15 community sports clubs in Nan Chang, this essay analyses the current operating conditions of the community sports clubs, finds the factors affecting the development of community sports clubs in and then puts forward responding measures. Basing on the analysis the current operating conditions of the community sports clubs in Nan Chang, this paper puts forward the following proposals which may provide reference to the development of community sports clubs in Nan Chang.1.Establish the specialized agencies for management,implement the community-based management of sports clubs2.Establish and integrate the system that give the permission to accept managers of sports clubs3.t Establish the legal status,a highly efficient managing pattern,and a long-term operating mechanism of it4.Investigate and accommodate the group of the provision of services,provide them various fitness services5.Establish the standards of professional qualifications of fitness coaches,and constantly enhance the capacity of fitness guide 6.Introduce the advanced management experiences,enhance public advertisement,and improve the quality of service更多还原
