【摘要】 现阶段商业银行传统的经营方式和盈利模式面临着前所未有的挑战。存贷利差一直是我国商业银行获取利润的主要手段,但这种盈利模式必然加大商业银行对经济环境的依赖程度,致使一旦经济环境稍有波动,商业银行的不良资产就会大量出现,对商业银行的安全运行产生巨大威胁。国内金融业必须积极研究分业体制下综合化经营(也称为综合化经营)的模式和策略,逐步实现商业银行经营方式的转型和赢利模式的重构。本文致力于研究分业体制下银行综合化经营的模式与策略。在现行的法律法规下根据上海浦东发展银行自身的经营特点,阐述了应以业务和产品为推进综合化经营的主线,积极实现业务转型,实现经营方式的转型和赢利模式的再造。首先,本文介绍了我国商业银行盈利模式的单一性及产生的经营风险,国外金融业分业及综合化经营的发展历史和理论分析以及我国综合化经营的必要性及发展趋势;其次,建立数学模型,对浦发银行实行综合化经营进行基础理论分析,并讨论了浦发银行实施综合化经营的可行性;第三,阐述了浦发银行综合化经营战略的模式选择;最后,通过以上内容的分析,对浦发银行实施综合化经营的风险管理机制进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the traditional way and profit-making model of commercial banks is facing an unprecedented challenge. The balance between deposit and loan is the main way for our commercial banking to gain the profit, but this kind of model surely will enlarge the dependent degree on the economical environment. And if it meets any unstable condition on the economical environment, there will be large amount of Non-performing Loan that makes huge influences to the safe operation of commercial banks. Domestic finance systems should try their best to research on the model and policy of integrative operation that is operated under the share-out condition. After that, they will make the transferred operation of the commercial banks and rebuilding profit model come true.This paper devotes to the integrative operation model and policy of the commercial banks that operated under the share-out system. According to the operation characteristic of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB), it tells us we should take occupational activities and products as our main line, try to realize the transfer of the occupational activities and operation ways. And then we will realize the rebuild of the profit model. The whole paper is divided into four parts.First of all, it introduces the signalization profit model of our commercial banks and its operation risks. The develop history of abroad integrative operation and share-out operation and its theoretical analyze, the necessity of domestic integrative operation and its developing tendency.Second, according to establish mathematical model, it analyzes the feasibility and base that Shanghai Pudong Development Bank can put the integrative operation into effect. It also introduces the urgent to develop the integrative operation under the share-out condition.Third, it introduces how to step in the new occupational activities such as investment bank, asset management, fund Management Company, bank insurance and enterprise annuity and so on. It will widen the operation domain and range of integrative banks. Finally, through the analysis of the above contents, it introduces strategy contents, practical ways and strategy choices of the integrative operation.更多还原
