合生元对断奶仔猪免疫力及淋巴细胞DNA损伤与修复的影响
Effect of Synbiotics and Chinese Medicine on the Immunity and DNA Damage and Repair of Lymphocyte of Weaned Piglets

【摘要】 为研究不同中草药组方及其不同剂量与益生素组成的合生元对早期断奶仔猪的饲喂效果,试验选择28日龄断奶的二元(长×大)仔猪72头,随机分为8组,每组设三个重复,将益生素添加量固定在0.5%,两复方中药分别设三个梯度(0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)来研究合生元添加剂对仔猪生长性能、生化指标、免疫力及淋巴细胞DNA损伤与修复的影响。试验结果显示:1.生长性能及经济效益添加0.5%益生素与0.3%中草药Ⅱ时,ADFI、ADG、F/G及增重效益的效果最佳,且与对照一组相比ADFI、ADG和增重效益分别提高3.44%、11.52%(P<0.05)、8.98元,F/G降低7.22%(P<0.05)。2.血液生理生化指标各试验组ALP、AST/GOT、LDH-L的活性和TP、ALB、UREA的含量均以试验五组最优,且与对照一组相比ALP、AST/GOT、TP、ALB分别显著(P<0.05)提高6.27%、7.82%、9.35%、12.58%,LDH-L、UREA分别降低6.24%(P<0.05)、21.89%(P>0.05);CHE的活性和TG、CHO含量以试验四组最佳,且与对照一组相比CHE的活性提高8.24%(P>0.05),TG、CHO含量分别降低13.70%(P>0.05)、33.21%(P<0.05)。3.免疫力各试验组LTR、IgG、IgM、IgA、补体C3、补体C4水平均以试验三组最优,且与对照一组相比分别显著(P<0.05)提高10.39%、24.10%、42.55%、57.00%、45.75%、55.81%。4.淋巴细胞DNA各试验组CR、TL、CL、TM、OTM的值均低于对照组(P>0.05),即合生元对DNA无损伤作用。
【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to study the effect of probiotic and Chinese medicine with different chroma on weaned early piglets. 72 dual (Landrace×Large White)weaned piglets aged 28 days were randomly allocated to 8 treatments with 3 replicates to study synbiotics that constitutes by 0.5% probiotics and two complex Chinese medicinal herb that are discerned to set up three gradients(0.1%、0.3%、0.5%) on performance trait, biochemical indicator, immunity and DNA damage and repair lymphocyte of weaned piglets. The results show:1.Performance trait: When 0.5%probiotics and 0.3% Chinese medicinal herbⅡare admoveatured, the effect of ADFI,ADG and F︰G is the best, and ADFI,ADG and benefit of increases heavy distinction increased 3.44% ,11.52%(P<0.05), 8.98yuan and F︰G reduces 7.22%(P<0.05)compared with control group.2.Physio-biochemical indicator of blood: In activity of ALP,AST/GOT and LDH-L and content of TP, ALB and UREA of each test group respectively, test five group is the best, and with control to compare ALP,AST/GOT,TP and ALB distinction remarkable enhances 6.27%,7.82%,9.35% and 12.58%, LDH-L and UREA distinction reduces 6.24% and 21.89%. In testing the activity of CHE and the content of TG and CHO respectively, test four group is the best, and with control to compare the activity of CHE enhance 8.24%, content of TG and CHO distinction reduces 13.70%(P>0.05)and 33.21%(P<0.05).3. Immunity: In the level of LTR, IgG, IgM, IgA, complementC3 and complementC4 of each test respectively , test three group is the best, and with control to compare all target distinction remarkable enhances 10.39%、24.10%、42.55%、57.00%、45.75%、55.81%.4.Lymphocytes DNA: CR, TL, CL, TM and OTM of each test group are all lower than control group(P>0.05), I.e synbiotics have not damage effect on DNA.
