轴流式气液分离器试验研究

【摘要】 轴流式气液旋流分离器是一种新型的离心式气液分离装置,具有结构简单、价格低廉、重量轻、高效、低成本等特点。本文在对轴流式气液旋流分离器最新研究进展进行细致调研的基础上,在实验室内以水—空气为实验介质进行了模拟试验,其核心是改变各参数进行气液分离试验,考察结构参数、操作参数对分离效率和压降的影响。根据实验数据的处理结果,优化出最合理的溢流管结构形式。

【Abstract】 The vane-guided cyclone for gas-liquid separation is the device with most advanced system. It has many characteristics, such as the simple structure, low cost, light weight, high efficiency, low-cost features. This paper based on the careful investigation on the newest research progress of the vane-guided type of gas-liquid separation system, and stimulant experiment was carried out in the laboratory, using water-air as a fluid. And the core of which is to change the parameter, to determine the effect on the performance of structure parameter and operation parameter. Based on the analysis of results of the dates from the experiment, it developed a model to calculate the loss of pressure with the rate of flow for the cyclone.
