【摘要】 有效性是评判人类实践活动的一项基本尺度，对实践有效性的追求也始终是人类实践活动的永恒主题之一。思想政治工作过程是依据特定的思想政治准则，对他人有组织、有计划地施加系统影响的一种实践活动过程。这种过程本身也就存在着有效性问题，并且这种有效性对思想政治工作过程有巨大的指导、修正作用。因此，我们应该认识了解思想政治工作的有效性，注重思想政治工作过程有效性的研究。随着我国市场经济体制的建立以及高等教育体制改革的不断深入，我国的高等教育得到了迅猛的发展。但与此同时，在体制的转型及发展过程中又不可避免地出现了一些新的矛盾与新的问题。经济困难大学生群体的出现就是其中最突出的问题之一。如何摸索出这个学生群体形成的原因，探讨经济困难大学生群体存在的共同的心理倾向及思想状况，探索加强经济困难学生群体思想政治工作的新途径，增强大学生思想政治工作的有效性，是所有高校思想政治工作者所共同面临的问题，也是本论文着力研究探讨并试图加以解决的问题。本文分析了大学生思想政治工作有效性的内涵、特征及评价。结合经济困难大学生思想、心理现状调查，对大学生思想政治工作有效性弱化的现状及影响大学生思想政治教育有效性的主要因素作了比较深入的分析。着重探讨了增强经济困难大学生思想政治工作有效性的对策建议。全文主要分为四个部分：第一部分：经济困难大学生思想政治工作有效性的相关理论依据。这一部分主要是从理论上探讨思想政治工作有效性的内涵、特点及评价。简要概述了思想政治工作有效性的学科理论依据。第二部分：经济困难大学生的思想、心理现状的实证分析。这一部分主要是通过分析当前经济困难大学生思想、心理状况，探明经济困难大学生的思想、心理现状。第三部分：经济困难大学生思想政治工作有效性弱化的现状，以及影响因素的系统分析。这一部分主要是针对当前大学生思想政治工作有效性弱化的外部和内部现状，从工作过程和工作要素两个维度分析了大学生思想政治工作有效性的影响因素。第四部分：增强经济困难大学生思想政治工作有效性的对策建议。分别从观念层面、主客体层面和体制层面，提出了增强经济困难大学生思想政治工作有效性的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effectiveness is a basic criterion to evaluate the humanity practice, and it is also throughout one of eternal subjects to pursue the effectiveness. Ideological and political education is a practice process, which organically and in a planned exerts the system influence on other people according to the special ideological and political criterion. The process itself also has effectiveness that plays a central role in huge instruction and correcting of ideological and political education. Therefore, we should comprehensively understand the effectiveness and put emphasis on the effectiveness study of ideological and political education.With the establishment of market economy system and further progress of higher education system reform, our national higher education has rapidly been developed. Nevertheless, some new contradictory and problems will unavoidably be presented during the system reform and development, and one of the most conspicuous problems is the appearance of impoverished undergraduates. It will be a common problem encountered for all workers engaging in university ideological and political education to how to grope the formation reasons of the special group, analyze their common psychological tendency and thought condition, search for new pathways to strengthen their ideological and political education and improve the education effectiveness. Meanwhile, those above are also our main question discussed and attempting to be solved in this study.Connotation, characterization and evaluation of the effectiveness of undergraduate ideological and political education are analyzed in this study. Associated with some investigation of psychological present situation of impoverished undergraduates, further analysis was carried out to the effectiveness attenuation and major factors of ideological and political education. It was emphatically discussed to how to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of impoverished undergraduates.The full text contained four main sections:Section 1: Theory basis about effectiveness of ideological and political education of impoverished undergraduates. In the part, we mainly theoretically discussed the connotation, characterization and evaluation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Moreover, we also briefly described the theory basis about effectiveness of ideological and political education.Section 2: Example analysis about the thought and psychological present situation of impoverished undergraduates. In this part, we mainly verified their thought and psychological situation by analysis of the present psychological situation of current impoverished undergraduates.Section 3: Example analysis about the effectiveness and influential factors of ideological and political education of impoverished undergraduates. In this part, we mainly analyzed influential factors of effectiveness of ideological and political education in the two-dimension model including the work process and factors according to internal and external conditions of the effectiveness attenuation of ideological and political education.Section 4: Strategy and suggestion about enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education of impoverished undergraduates.
