微紫青霉菌菌株GXCR和辅助材料对重金属废水处理的研究

【摘要】 针对本实验室保藏的微紫青霉菌Penicillium janthinillum菌株GXCR的高抗铜特性,研究其在重金属废水处理方面的可行性。由于已报道的重金属废水处理方法都存在一定的局限性,故提出一种新的将真菌和辅助材料结合起来用于重金属废水的处理。分别研究了微紫青霉菌和辅助材料吸附重金属废水时的各种影响因素,包括化学预处理、吸附剂的用量、重金属离子初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附pH值、吸附温度、共存离子等影响因素,确定其最佳吸附条件。0.5g/100ml菌体经过NaOH处理和1g/100ml辅助材料经过H2SO4处理后,在pH值5、温度32℃、200rpm摇床条件下,分别吸附30min和90min,对于初始Cu2+浓度100mg/L的溶液,其吸附率分别为98.5%和99.5%,分别达到《中华人民共和国国家标准污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的三级和二级标准;对于初始Fe3+浓度100mg/L的溶液,吸附率分别为99.8%和99.8%。设计了一段重金属废水处理的工艺流程,将其用于处理模拟重金属废水和南宁电镀厂电镀废水,为用于处理实际工业重金属废水提供了理论依据。经过处理后的废水其Cu2+、Fe3+、Zn2+、Cd2+的含量都达到国家的一级排放标准。最后对菌体的吸附机理进行了初步的探讨。

【Abstract】 In this study, we investigate the feasibility of strain PenicilliumjanthinillumGXCR in heavy metal wastewater treatment for its ability to resistance of highconcentration of Cu(Ⅱ) ions. Because of the limitations of heavy metalwastewater treatment, we look forward to find a now way of using fungi andassistant material in heavy metal wastewater treatment. The influential factor offungi and assistant material in heavy metal wastewater adsorption wereinvestigated, including chemi-pretreatment, adsorbent weight, final Cu(II)concentration, adsorption time, adsorption pH, adsorption temperature,concomitant ions. After pretreatment 0.5g/100ml fungi with NaOH and1g/100ml assistant material with H2SO4, the optimal adsorbent conditions waspH 5.0, 32℃, 200rpm, 30min and 90min respectively, when the initial Cu(Ⅱ)concentration is 100mg/L, the adsorption rate is 98.5% and 99.5% respectively.These data meet the second and third level standard stipulated in WastewaterDrainage Comprehensive Standards in China (GB8978-1996). When initial Fe(Ⅲ) concentration is 100mg/L, the adsorption rate is 99.8% and 99.8%respectively. We also design a process of heavy metal wastewater treatment forsimulation heavy metal wastewater treatment and plating wastewater, it canmake some conclusions that this process can provide theoretical foundation foractual industrial heavy metal wastewater treatment. Finally, we discuss theadsorption absorption mechanism of fungi.
