上海电网220千伏大容量变电站适用性研究

【摘要】 在现代高负荷密度大城市电网的建设和发展过程中,如何合理的建设变电站是电网规划与建设部门面临的一个新问题。在变电站选址和建设方面所受的制约越来越多,采用大容量变电站将成为一种趋势。本文以此为背景,研究在类似上海的这样大城市电网建设中采用220kV大容量变电站的必要性和可行性。本文首先从上海电网的现状和发展趋势入手,对比国外一些大型城市的情况,分析论证采用大容量变电站的必要性;然后提出以输送有效容量费用最小为目标函数、以设备输送容量为约束条件、用以求解大容量变电站容量合理配置的数学模型,该模型的意义是在满足一定约束条件下,使每MW有效容量由220kV电源端输送至10kV出线端的费用最小;本文还建立了几个较为简单的供电模型,用以模拟上海中心城区供电情况,并作为大容量变电站应用计算分析的依据。最后,本文依据上海电网现在的变电站和线路造价水平,研究了不同负荷密度下,输送有效容量费用最小的变电站型式,进一步说明在上海电网采用大容量变电站的必要性和适用性。

【Abstract】 How reasonable the construction substation of big city at high load density is the electrical network being built the new question running into, and the condition to select location and construction to receive the restriction of substation is more and more, and adopts the high-capacity substation to become one kind of trend to construction and the development of modern city electrical network. This article discusses building necessity and the feasibility that the 220kV high-capacity substation built taking this as the background.Some circumstances of large-scale city of abroad are started with also contrasted by present situation and the development trend from the Shanghai electrical network of this article, and the analysis demonstration adopts the necessity of high-capacity substation.To put forward in order to carry the available capacity cost the smallest serve as the objective function, it finds the solution the reasonable capacity disposition of high-capacity substation to this article. The objective function advances thread investment, 220kV substation noumenon including 220kV invests and investment and next one grade of substation noumenon are invested out of line. The meaning of objective function is satisfying to keep within bounds under the condition, and makes the available capacity of every MW carry to 10kV that actually the cost is the smallest out of line by 220kV’s power supply end. The chiefly power supply link was covered in its culvert. The application of 220kV high-capacity substation also is hoping to make every MW’s capacity cost of chiefly power supply link transport the smallest.Several comparatively simple power supply models are built in this article, imitating the power supply circumstances of the Shanghai center city proper. Apply and counts the basis analysed as the high-capacity substation. This article is according to substation and the circuit cost standard of Shanghai electrical network now, in order to find the solution under the different load density and carry the substation version that the available capacity cost is the lowest. The conclusion explains that we should adopt the high-capacity substation further at the Shanghai electrical network.
