HST性能测试试验台的研制
Development of Test Bed for Measurement of HST Performance

【摘要】 整体式静液压传动(Hydrostatic transmission)装置HST,是一个集双向变量泵、定量马达、齿轮补油泵、控制阀于一体的液压传动装置,广泛应用于谷物联合收割机上,是农机行业的一个关键部件。本文研制了一种HST性能测试试验台,开发出了基于虚拟仪器的测控系统软件,并在研制的试验台上进行了HST效率特性的试验。本文对静液压传动技术以及用于谷物联合收获机上的HST的研究进展进行综述,指出HST性能测试试验台的研制对HST的设计开发、检修检测具有实际的意义。详细论述了静液压传动的基本原理以及HST的基本结构、工作原理,由此提出了HST性能测试试验台机械部分的总体设计方案。设计了试验台的机械部分,包括动力装置,加载装置以及转速转矩传感器的选型;传动轴、联轴器、轴承、轴承座等传动部分的设计与选型。试验台结构布置上克服了由于HST的特殊形状所带来的不便。试验台的测控系统设计部分由硬件和软件两部分组成。测控系统硬件部分主要包括各种传感器的选型、标定、信号调理电路的设计以及数据采集卡的选择。在软件设计部分,利用LabVIEW语言开发了基于虚拟仪器的测控系统软件,为转速转矩传感器设计了相应的虚拟扭矩仪。测控软件操作界面友好、可实现数据的自动记录、自动显示、自动分析等功能。在研制的试验台上进行了HST的效率特性的试验,试验表明:该试验台对HST的各参数能够进行有效的测量,测试过程中响应迅速准确。同时通过HST的效率特性试验可以得出:HST在低负载状态下效率较低;而在额定状态下,总效率在80%左右,故HST应尽量工作在额定压力下,从而提高效率。
【Abstract】 Hydrostatic Transmission (HST) is a hydraulic transmission driver, it collects the bidirectional variable displacement pump, the constant displacement motor, the gear pump and the control valve in a body. HST widely applies on the grain combine, it is a key component of farm machinery. This thesis developed a test bed for measurement of HST performance, developed testing and controlling system software based on virtual instrument technology and carried on the HST efficiency experiment in the test bed.The thesis introduceed research progress both of hydrostatic transmission technology and HST used in the grain combine. Conclusions are made that test bed for measurement of HST performance play a key role in HST fault detection and development. The thesis introduced the operating principle and the basic structure of HST in detail, proposed the design plan of HST performance test bed; designed the machine part of test bed, including choice of power device, loading device and torque and rotating speed sensor, design or choice of drive shaft, shaft coupling, bearing, bearing pedestal and so on. The test bed has overcomed inconvenience bring by especial configuration of HST in mechanical structure arrangement.The measurement and control system of test bed is composed by hardware part and the software part.The hardware part included the choice and calibration of sensor, design of the signal recuperates electric circuit as well as the choice of data acquisition card. In the software design part, the author developed measurement and control system software with the Lab VIEW language based on the virtual instrument technology, designed the virtual torque meter for the torque and rotating speed sensor. This system has friendly interface together and powerful functions, can carry out data display, the automatic recording, automated analysis and so on, and has saved the massive man-power.Finally, the thesis carried on the HST efficiency characteristic experiment using the test bed. The result shows that: the efficiency of HST is low under the low state of loading; but under the rated condition, the overall effectiveness index maintains about 80%. Therefore HST should work as far as possible under the rated pressure, thus enhances the efficiency.
