星载双轴天线指向机构的设计与研究

【摘要】 星载天线指向机构作为天线系统的执行机构,是卫星天线系统的核心部件,其任务是配合天线完成对目标的搜索、捕获和跟踪,实现天线和卫星特定的任务。本文根据某卫星天线的需求,在对实现天线二维指向的执行机构总体方案研究和论证的基础上,介绍了以步进电机为驱动元件、谐波减速器为减速和力矩放大部件、光电编码器为角位置检测元件的双轴指向机构的设计方案。进行了指向机构的动力学仿真分析、强度分析和热变形分析,通过仿真分析对设计方案进行了优化设计。分析了机构指向精度,得出谐波减速器是影响指向机构精度的主要因素。根据设计方案完成了指向机构工程样机的研制,并对其进行了指向精度和速度稳定度的性能测试,以及指向机构加速度、振动、冲击和热真空试验的验证,测试结果表明该指向机构的性能指标满足要求,试验结果表明该设计方案合理、可行。通过以上计算分析和试验测试工作,得出了工程上较为合理可行的设计方案,解决了双轴天线指向机构的关键技术,为相关产品的应用奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The antenna pointing mechanism (APM) is a drive mechanism for satellite antenna which is one of the most important components of antenna system. The main function of it is searching, capturing and tracking the particular target to achieve the task of the whole satellite.In this paper, based on surveying and studying the main concept of a two axis pointing mechanism, the design method for two axis APM is introduced according to the technical requirement of antenna. The designed APM composed of a step motor as the drive component, a harmonic wave reducer as the speed reduction and torque amplification component and an encoder as the angular position sensor. The mechanism optimized design is performed according to the simulation results of dynamic analysis, intensive analysis and thermal deformation analysis. The pointing accuracy of the mechanism is analyzed and the results show the harmonic wave reducer is the main factor which affects the pointing accuracy.The APM prototype is finished according to the proposed design concept and the performance and functional test for pointing accuracy and velocity stability are performed. The acceleration, vibration, shock and thermal vacuum test are also completed. The test results show all the performance of the designed APM meet the technical requirement and the design concept is reasonable and effective.Based on the work above, the reasonable and optimized design concept is finished. The key technology on high accuracy APM are settled which give the foundation on the related product application.
