基于视频图像的远程监控系统设计

【摘要】 随着计算机、网络、通信等技术的发展,基于视频图像的远程监控技术成为研究和开发的新方向。将该技术与图像处理相结合可实现多用户在远程监控现场情况,结合现场画面共同协作,给出相应控制干预策略,这样不仅能节省大量的资源,而且使用户在不同的地点可以相互协助,因此成为远程监控技术的重要模式。本文通过对远程监控系统的总体分析,设计了基于视频图像的远程监控系统。该系统由远程视频监控服务器、远程信息传输网络以及用户监控终端三部分组成。视频图像采集系统由CCD摄像机进行对现场视频图像的捕捉,以基于VFW的方式通过USB接口采集到服务器;通过转发服务器对采集的目标图像进行预处理,基于背景差分方法,实现对监控现场被测目标的提取,同时,基于H.263编码模式,实现了对图像的压缩编码,进而实现网络传输;以IOCP机制为基础,解决了在C/S构架模式下,多客户端同时访问服务器进行协同操作时产生的网络竞争与网络拥堵问题;用户监控终端实现了远程画面的解码恢复,以对远端进行实时监控。本文就远程信息传输网络系统做了详细的论述。通信是整个系统正常运行的关键,在此采用面向连接的TCP传输层协议,在面向对象的程序设计思想下,使用Windows Socket技术和多线程技术实现了服务器与多用户监控终端间网络的高可靠和高实时性的通信。

【Abstract】 With the development of the computer,network,communication,remote monitor based on video image becomes a new direction of researching and developing. The combination of the technology and image processing can achieve that the remote site can be monitored of multi-users, and then the control policy is given by users who working together with the live pictures. It can not only save a lot of resources, and enables users in different locations can assist and help each other, so it becomes an important model for remote monitoring technology.Based on the overall analysis of remote monitoring system, the remote video monitoring system is designed. The system consists of three parts: remote video monitoring server, remote information transmission network, and user control terminal. Video image acquisition system to capture on-site video images by the CCD camera and collected to the server based on VFW approach; The target images are preprocessed through the relay server, and based on background difference method to achieve the measured target of the extraction of the monitoring field; At the same time, achieved the image compression based on H.263 encoding mode, so as to achieve the network transmission; In C / S structure, the network competition and network congestion when multi-client access and interoperate to the server at the same time is solved by the use of IOCP mechanism; The decoding and the recovering is achieved by user control terminal, so as to monitoring the remote site real-time.Remote information transmission network is discussed. Network communication is the key to the normal operation of the whole system, so connection oriented transport layer protocol (TCP) is inside, in the idea of object oriented programming, achieved the aim of high reliability and high real-time communication networking among multi-user monitoring terminals and server by using the Windows Socket and multi-threads technology.
