【摘要】 本文以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为指导,通过对技术理性的研究,试图把技术理性与人的全面发展结合起来,辩证地认识技术理性,分析技术理性的本质及其特征,进而揭示技术理性片面发展造成的负面效应及其原因,并在此基础上提出技术理性与技术实践相整合,重建适合于人的全面发展的技术理性策略。实现技术进步与人的全面发展的良性互动是人类可持续发展的关键问题,是人类必须面对和解决的问题。技术理性是人类进行技术实践活动的观念,而技术实践活动与人类改造自然的实践活动是一致的。所以,技术理性是一种特殊的实践理性,是基于人与自然关系基础之上的人类理性,是一种根植于人与自然界之间辩证关系的实践理性和技术精神。技术理性具有能动性和创造性的特征,它将人对客观世界规律性的认识转化为现实生活中的生产力,在实践中创造出自然界以前没有的“物”,来满足人的全面发展的需求。人的全面发展学说是马克思开创的,他认为最理想的社会形态是最能促进人的全面而自由发展的社会形态,最理想的社会制度就是最能促进人的全面而自由发展的社会制度。正反两方面的教训告诉我们技术理性和人的全面发展的关系的重要意义:我们既要欢呼技术理性给人类带来的丰功伟绩,又要深刻地认识到技术的“异化”问题,即技术理性给人类带来的诸多消极影响,如环境污染、能源危机、人口膨胀等,人类的生存危机面临前所未有的境地。只有合理利用技术,才能有利地促进人的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes the dialectical and historical materialism as its guidance. Through the research of technology rationality, it attempts to combine it with the comprehensive development of human beings, takes the dialectical view to see itself, analyzes its true nature and the characteristics, and then reveals its negative effects that caused by the one-sided development and its underlying reasons which account for this. Thus it proposes that technology rationality should be integrated with its practice, and a technological rationality strategy that suited to the comprehensive development of human beings should be rebuilt. The realization of a good mutual interaction between the technology progress and the comprehensive development of human beings is the key issue during the course of the sustainable development of human beings who has the obligation to face up to this issue and take actions on it.Technology rationality is a conception that related to the technological practical activities of human beings, while the latter conforms to the practical activity of human beings’reformation. Therefore, technology rationality is a unique practical rationality, a human rationality that based on the relationship between human beings and nature, and a practical rationality and a technical spirit that takes its root in the dialectical relationship between human beings and nature. It has two properties: subjectivity and creativity. It transforms human beings’view on the rules of the objective world into productivity which could take its function in real life. And through practice, it creates“materials”that do not exist in nature, and thus satisfies the needs of the comprehensive development of human beings.The theory of the comprehensive development of human beings is developed by Marx who holds that the idealist social form is the one that could do its best to promote the comprehensive and free development of human beings, and the idealist social system is the one that could promote the comprehensive and free development of human beings in its fullest sense. The teachings of the positive and negative sides enlighten us that the exploration on the relationship between technology rationality and the comprehensive development of human beings has great significances: One the one hand, we can highly acclaim the great achievements that technology rationality has brought to us; And on the other hand, we must have a keen comprehension of the“alienation”of technology, i.e. many negative effects that brought by technology such as environment pollution, energy crisis, population explosion, etc. in which human beings’living crisis have come to its unprecedented verges. Therefore, only by conducting a rational use of technology, the comprehensive development of human beings can be favorably promoted.更多还原
