文中老三块出砂机理及防砂方法研究

【摘要】 中原油田已经进入到注水开发的中后期,由于压裂改造作用以及不合理生产压差等影响,油层岩石骨架被严重破坏,出砂情况越来越严重,这影响了油井产量,增加了开发维护成本,严重破坏了油井生产过程和整体开采质量。到2010年为止,中原油田共有909口出砂井,这表示中原油田的出砂井数量越来越多,出砂区域越来越大,出砂层位越来越深,井况越来越差。虽然各个采油厂都采取了相关的防砂措施,并且有些取得了一定的效果,但是由于现在的防砂技术缺乏,出砂状况多种多样,给中原油田的防砂工作带来很大的困难,也给中原油田带来了极大的损失。针对中原油田出砂状况严重及防砂技术缺乏的现状,论文在进行广泛调研的基础上,结合现场数据及实验室研究,对中原油田文中老三块地区的出砂规律和影响因素等进行了分析和总结,在此基础上提出防砂措施。文中老三块属于容易出砂地层,导致地层出砂的内因是胶结物中粘土矿物成份含量较高,接触-孔隙型的胶结方式胶结强度较低;诱导地层出砂的外因是注水开发、油井含水升高引起的地层水敏,较高的生产压差引起的地层速敏;内因、外因共同作用,导致地层岩石骨架破坏,出砂趋势加剧。文中老三块采用“多参数综合决策法”进行防砂技术优选,改进常规化学防砂工艺,实施以“稳、固、挡、排”为主要内容的出砂预防和出砂治理技术,取得了较好的降水增油效果,有效减缓了出砂趋势,为类似的中渗油藏高含水期的出砂防治提供了技术借鉴。
【Abstract】 Zhongyuan oil field has entered the middle and later periods of exploitation.Because of the effect of the fracturing reformation and unreasonable drawdown pressure,rock frame has been destroyed seriously,and the situation of sand flow has become more and more seriously.It has affected the well yield,increased the maintenance cost,destroyed the course of production and overall mining quality.To 2010,zhongyuan oil field has 909 sandy wells,and it indicates there appears more and more sandy wells,wider sand flow areas,deeper sand producing formation and worse hole condition.Although all oil production plants has taken effective steps to control the sand flow,it also has great difficulties to do the job of sand control in the conditon of lacking of technique,various hole conditions,and so on.It has brought great loss to zhongyuan oil field.To solve the problem,we analyze and conclude the sand law and its effect factors of Wenzhong oil field based on the extensive survey and study bonding with field data and lab study.Moreover,we proposed the sand control measures.Wenzhong oil field frequently has the sand flow.Its interior reason is that it contains high-load clay mineral,and its exterior reason is the water sensitivity caused by the flood development and ascending water content in oil well as well as the speed sensitivity caused by the high drawdown pressure.We improve the technique of chemical sand control and use the method of multiparameter decision making package.To carry out the sand flow prevention and sand flow control by the logos of steady,resist,discharge,concretion,we acquires good sand control results.We decrease the sand flow effectively and supply the technological borrowing for other oil fields.
