船舶维修性分析和评估方法研究

【摘要】 随着产品的不断复杂化、使用要求的不断提高,可靠性、维修性和保障性要求越来越受到了人们的重视,成为重要控制指标写入产品研制、生产、管理和使用文件之中。其中产品的维修性既反映了产品故障后维修的难易程度,又决定着保障性的设计和水平,对产品的可用度和寿命周期费用等有着重要影响。对于船舶这样一个可维修的大型复杂系统,如何贴合实际地开展维修性研究,提高船舶的维修性,不仅是广义可靠性理论发展的客观要求,也是近年来蓬勃发展的船舶行业所积极关注和重点研究的重要课题。本文从船舶的特点出发,对船舶维修性研究中比较薄弱的维修性分析和维修性评估方法进行了研究,旨在打通船舶维修性工程技术的瓶颈,为船舶维修性工程的开展提供理论依据和技术支持。本文的主要贡献可以归结为“一个改进、一个选择、一个提出”:1)改进了维修性分析方法。针对船舶的特点,本文将现有的维修障碍分析方法加以适当改进。通过将船舶的维修过程分解为若干个基本维修作业,并对每个基本维修作业中的影响因素进行“预想”及分析,有效地解决了在船舶的设计阶段如何查找船舶的维修性设计缺陷的问题。这种维修性分析方法本文称之为维修过程分析法。2)选择了船舶设备级维修性定量评估方法。本文首先通过分析船舶的特点,对船舶设备维修时间数据的分布模型、维修性定量评估的参数、维修时间数据的收集方法、维修时间数据的处理方法进行了讨论。然后根据船舶设备维修的工程实际,选取了一种现有的评估方法作为船舶设备级定量评估的方法。3)提出了船舶系统级维修性定量评估方法。由于目前没有适合船舶特点的系统级维修性定量评估方法,本文根据船舶的工程实际,对船舶系统维修性定量评估方法进行了探索,推导了船舶系统平均故障修复时间区间估计的公式。

【Abstract】 With the development of product quality and operation requirements, reliability, maintainability, and supportability are playing increasingly crucial roles, and written in manufacture, production, management, and use documents as important controllable indexes. Maintainability not only reflects the difficult degree of maintenance, but also determines the designs and the levels of the product supportability, and also has an important effect on availability and life cycle cost.To maintainable and large complex system just like as a ship, how to carry out maintainability research realistically, and improve maintainability of ship, is not only the objective requirement of the development of general reliability theory, but also the important subject of the shipbuilding industry for recent years. According to the characteristics of the ship,the paper discusses the research on maintainability analysis and evaluation,which are weak links in the research on maintainability of ship. The objective of the research is to get through the bottleneck problem of maintainability technology of ship,and provide necessary theoretical basis and technical support for developing the maintainability project of ship.The main contributions of the paper can be concluded as: improving a method,choosing a method and putting forward a method.1)Improving maintainability analysis method. According to the characteristics of the ship,the paper improves the maintenance trouble analysis method.It decomposes maintenance process as some elementary maintenance activity,and forecast and analysis influencing factors in every elementary maintenance activity.The method can efficiently solve the problem of finding the weak links,which existed in the maintainability design of ship during the design phase.The paper names this method as maintenance process analysis method.2)choosing a ship equipment-level quantitative maintainability evaluation method. According to the characteristics of the ship,the paper discuss the distribution model of maintenance time data、quantitative maintainability evaluation rate、the Collecting and processing methods of maintenance time data. According to actual situation of ship,the paper choosing a quantitative maintainability evaluation method as ship equipment-level quantitative maintainability evaluation method.3)putting forward a ship system-level quantitative maintainability evaluation method.It is not a system-level quantitative maintainability evaluation method which is suitable for ship at present. According to actual situation of ship,the paper discuss the ship system-level quantitative maintainability evaluation method and Derives the Interval estimation formula of mean time to repair of ship system.
