混合动力车用电机驱动系统故障诊断及容错技术研究

【摘要】 混合动力汽车(HEV,hybrid electric vehicle)电机驱动系统稳定可靠的工作是混合动力车辆正常运行的保证,准确、可靠、快速地对电机驱动系统排故是提高混合动力汽车运行效能的有效途径。尤其处于初始开发阶段的电动汽车,系统还不成熟,出现故障较多,容错控制就显得更为重要。本文以某混合动力车用电机驱动系统为研究对象,重点对混合动力车用电机和控制器的故障诊断及基于整车的容错控制策略进行研究。针对混合动力车用电机驱动系统中的电机和控制器做了故障模式和故障机理的分析,并在此基础上,建立了电机驱动系统故障树。建立了永磁同步电机有限元故障模型,研究了永磁体失磁故障和定子绕组匝间短路故障,通过故障信号的分析,得出故障特征,并给出了故障诊断方法。分析了目前混合动力车用电机驱动系统中电机控制器常见故障,并利用MATLAB/SIMULINK搭建了故障仿真模型,通过对故障期间电流的分析,提取出了故障特征电流,为此种故障提供了诊断依据。基于车用电机驱动系统的特殊要求,设计了硬件故障检测和保护电路,并对电机系统整车运行中易发生的故障提出了合理的容错控制方案,保证了系统的安全性。搭建了实验台架,进行了电机控制器故障模拟实验,通过对故障电流的分析,得出了故障的特征量及诊断的方法。
【Abstract】 As one critical component of HEV, the electric motor drive system has a close relation with the whole vehicle performance. As high as possible reliability of electric motor drive system in HEV is required. Therefore the diagnosis and elimination of faults must be also accuracy, reliable and quick. For HEV in the elementary development stage, since the power train faults appear more frequently, the fault-tolerant control becomes more and more important.This paper takes the electric motor drive in HEV as research object, and focus on the diagnosis of motor and motor controller and fault tolerance of the electric motor drive in HEV.For the motor and the controller in HEV, the fault modes and fault mechanisms of the motor and the controller are analyzed. Then the fault tree of electric motor drive system is built and analyzed.Based on Finite-element model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, partial demagnetization fault and short circuit fault of the stator interturn are investigated, and the methods of the fault diagnosis are summarized by analyzing the fault characteristic.The power switch drive open circuit faults are analyzed, and fault model in Matlab/simulink is built. According to the analysis of fault current, fault diagnosis evidence is summed up. Based on the particularity of the electric motor drive system, detection and protection circuit is designed. Moreover the suitable fault-tolerant strategies to the possible faults of electric motor drive system in HEV.The fault current in the bench test is analyzed, fault feature and the method of diagnosis is achieved.
