关于生态城区域建筑能源规划模式的初步研究

【摘要】 城市是能源利用的最主要区域,城市规划对于推进城市能源的可持续发展、建立合理的城市能源结构、提高城市环境质量具有重要的意义。但目前来看,我国的城市规划依然是以土地使用功能的规划为主导,现有的城市规划体系中涉及城市能源的主要是城市供电、供热和供气三个方面,而且是从市政基础设施入手,没有主动把城市规划与合理用能、节约型用能相结合。为了让能源规划的相关内容融入到城市规划编制中,让城市规划者清楚地意识到影响能源的规划设计方法,明确城市规划编制各个层面应考虑的能源问题,我们引入了“区域建筑能源分析”这一环节即本课题中要重点讨论的部分。在进行能源分析的过程中要积极和规划部门相沟通,以实现对初步的城市设计方案的优化,最终给出具体的规划指标及区域地块的设计导则。本文从生态城与能源利用的关系出发,拟初步建立生态城的能源规划模式,并以北京长辛店国际生态城规划项目为具体研究案例,对生态城如何进行合理的能源布局进行探讨。主要研究内容为:(1)初步建立生态城区域规划的模式;(2)初步建立区域建筑能源规划的计算模型;(3)提出生态城能源规划指标体系;(4)以北京长辛店国际生态城规划项目为具体研究对象,利用所提出的区域能源规划模式和计算模型,尝试对包括居住和办公地块约500公顷的用地进行能源规划,并最终获得总地块能源规划战略和分地块能源规划战略。本研究对区域建筑能源规划模式和计算模型的实际应用有指导作用,文中统计分析出的各类数据为规划设计提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Cities are the most important areas of energy use, urban planning is significant in promoting sustainable development of urban energy, establishing a rational urban energy structure and improving the quality of urban environment. But for the time being, still leading by land-use planning, the existing urban planning system that mainly relate to the energy, such as the electricity, heating and gas systems is proceed with the municipal infrastructure, without taking the initiative to combine rational use of energy and energy-saving with urban planning. In order to integrate energy planning-related into the process of urban planning, make urban planners clearly aware of the planning methods affecting energy, and the energy problem of the various aspects that should be taken into account, we introduce the part of“Community Energy Analysis”that is discussed mainly in this research. During the process of urban planning, communicating with planning departments actively is to achieve optimization of the preliminary urban design plan, and finally give out specific planning index and community energy design guidelines.According to the relationship between ecological city and energy use, the paper primarily establishes energy planning models of eco-city, and takes a specific case named Beijing Changxindian International Eco-city planning project as an example for study on how to conduct energy distribution of eco-city. The main contents are: (1) the initial establishment of community planning model of eco-city; (2) the initial establishment of calculation model of community energy planning in building; (3) proposed index system of eco-city energy planning; (4) a case study on Beijing Changxindian International eco-city planning project, trying to study on 500 hectares of land including residential construction and public buildings for energy planning with the proposed model of community energy planning and calculation, ultimately presented energy planning strategies of the total block and sub-plots.This paper plays a guiding role for the designers who engaged in the area about the model of community energy planning and calculation, the various data calculated out in the text is suitable for other cities in China, which will provide practical reference for community energy design in the future.
