电子系统多信号建模可视化技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着电子系统的功能和结构越来越复杂,对其进行故障测试与诊断难度越来越大。在电子系统的设计研制阶段就开始考虑可测性设计的问题,可提高系统的可测性水平、缩短故障检测与隔离时间。可测性辅助设计工具是实现可测性理论技术向工程应用转化的必要手段,而国内目前还没有完善的可测性辅助设计与分析软件。因此研发一种用于可测性辅助设计与分析软件具有重要意义。本文着重介绍了可测性辅助设计与分析软件的图形化建模软件平台的方案设计和具体实现。该软件平台采用Visio绘图控件进行二次开发来构建图形化建模环境,允许建模人员创建系统的多信号分层可测性模型图,软件平台自动生成对应的故障-测试依赖矩阵。文中阐述了基于多信号模型的图形化可测性建模平台设计思想和总体方案,并对组成软件平台的主要部分:建模工具箱、基于Visio控件的分层建模功能、子系统模型集成到系统模型的功能、通过Excel表格读写模型属性、以及由建立的多信号模型图求取依赖矩阵的算法功能的设计和实现进行了详细介绍。最后,以实际系统为例,阐述了软件平台进行多信号模型建模的流程,并验证了软件平台的功能。综上所述,该软件平台充分挖掘Visio作为应用程序图形引擎的功能特性,采用高效且易于编程实现的求取故障-测试依赖矩阵的算法,使其在实用性、易用性和人机交互等方面满足了可测性辅助设计与分析软件对图形化建模平台的要求。

【Abstract】 With the function and structure of electronic system become more and more complex, it is more and more difficult to diagnose and test complex electronic systems. Therefore, testability should be taken into consideration in electronic systems design and development stage in order to increase the testability of the systems, and reduce failure detection and isolation time. System testability modeling method and analysis software is required to transform testable theory to engineering application. Due to the lack of electronic system testability design tool at home, developing the system testability design and analysis software platform (TDASP) have much of importance.Design and realization of the graph-based TDASP is described in this paper. The Visio is choose to build graphical modeling environment. The designed testability modeling and analysis software allow modelers to create hierarchical multi-signal testability model diagram, and the fault-test dependency matrix could be generated automatically.This dissertation expound design idea and overall program of multi-signal model based graphical testability modeling platform, and introduce parts of design and implementation of software platform: modeling toolbox , Visio based hierarchical modeling function, dependency matrix algorithm, function of composing multiple subsystems files of a system file and read and write model properties by Excel. Finally, some actual systems are given to describes the software platform for multi-signal modeling process, and validates the functions of software platform.In summary, the software platform fully tap the Visio graphics engine features. By adopting efficient and simple fault-test dependency matrix algorithm to program, the designed TDASP well satisfy the design requirements of the system testability modeling and analysis on many occations, such as practicality, ease of use and human-computer interaction and so on.
