公共危机信息在高校即时通讯群落中的传播模型及其仿真研究

【摘要】 网络技术发展迅速,危机事件的演化由信息传播驱动,互联网成为危机信息传播的加速器。公共危机事件的影响过程由危机信息活动与演化所驱动,危机信息传播管理成为危机管理的核心之一。国内高校,即时通讯的普及率将近百分之百,高校网民对于危机信息具有较强的好奇心、较强的信息获取能力,高校即时通讯用户成为危机信息传播的推手,危机信息传播管理已成为各大高校日常管理的重点。即时通讯群落为危机信息传播提供了一个平台,从复杂系统的角度,即时通讯群落构成一个复杂的群传播网络,该网络的网络特征和拓扑结构对于信息传播具有重要影响。本文首先归纳了即时通讯工具信息传播的特点及高校即时通讯用户的传播心理和行为特征,提取出危机信息传播的影响因素。其次,本文收集了高校中3个学院76个即时通讯用户的真实群落信息,试图应用实际传播网络进行传播研究。利用这些实际数据构建了拥有1091个Q群节点的网络;通过网络分析发现该网络符合小世界、无标度等特征,另外网络分析参数显示,该网络最短平均距离要比一对一的人际关系网络要小,网络节点具有较大的度、介数大的节点分布均匀,这些特征使得即时通讯群落具有更强的传播性。基于实际网络数据以及现有的网络生成机制研究,本文研究了即时通讯群落网络的生成机制,改进的适应度模型能够很好的模拟该网络。最后,在提取的实际的网络上,本文进行危机信息传播的多主体建模仿真,基于二次传播模型提取了10个节点属性,设置了3种不同情况下的节点行为,仿真发现Q群的容量,节点的度,传播概率、信息变异度等属性对于危机信息传播具有不同程度的影响。本文的研究在研究方法上打破了原来网络构建节点同质性的局限,选取Q群为研究对象,考虑Q群属性对于网络各属性的影响;在研究对象上选取即时通讯为研究对象,克服了数据收集难以收集的困难,深入研究了即时通讯这个网络传播媒介群传播特点。研究内容则紧紧围绕危机信息传播这一主题,探寻危机信息传播控制的有效方法,提出高校危机信息传播管理的建议。
【Abstract】 The evolution of crisis events is driven by the dissemination of information and the internet is becoming an accelerator of this kind of dissemination. The impact process of crisis events is the process of activities and evolution of crisis information, therefore one of the cores of the crisis managements is the management of crisis information.In domestic universities, almost every student has at least one QQ account. The spread of the crisis information in universities is faster and more difficult to control because college internet users hold a strong curiosity towards crisis information and the incentive for informationis very strong. Based on this situation, the management of crisis information dissemination has become the focus of the daily management in most colleges and universities.This dissertation summarized the characteristics and instant messaging communication and the psychological and behavioral characteristics of universities users, and proposed its influent factors. Instant messaging community provides a platform for information dissemination. From the perspective of complex system, instant messaging community forms a complex communication network. The network characteristics and topological structure of this network poses a significant influence on information dissemination. This paper collected the data of 80 instant messaging users from three different departments in South China University of Technology, and constructed a real network with 1091 nodes. As the result shown, the network of Q group is complex network with Small World and scale-free features. We proposed a complex network of instant messaging community with a large amount of nodes. This dissertation made a study on the communication mechanism of Q group network based on the existing network and real network data, and constructed a virtual network with 10000 nodes. The results shown that this virtual network has the same features as the real network. Finally, the simulation of information spread was researched based on this complex network. This dissertation made a simulation of crisis information communication based on the method of Multi-agent modeling. The results shown that the volume of Q group, the node degree, and communicationpossibility pose an obvious and important impacts on crisis information communication.Based on these studies, at the final part this article made several suggestions about how to manage crisis information dissemination: First, to focus on the network structure and to create the key nodes and active edges and this will help to make the spread more effective.
